We have ordered from SL previously and always had a positive experience, but unfortunately this time the customer service fell short. We placed an order for this item, along with several others, in February and did not receive them until mid‑March. At no point were we given an update on the delivery timeline, and when we contacted customer services, the response was unhelpful and offered no apology. We were really disappointed with the level of service on this occasion.
