Service was good and helpful as after placing the order online we were promptly called to inform us the the latch was out of stock. An expected date for being back in stock was given and we were assured it would then be shipped promptly. It was. See review for comments on the quality of the product. Disappointed too that the screws provided were tiny slotted black screws making assembly difficult. Replaced these with 1. 25 inch self tapping pozidrive 2 brass screws. Painted the tops to blend with blach Hammerite.
