My delivery was delayed twice — first from 8–10am, then from 1–3pm — and eventually arrived at 7pm. When I called to ask for an update, the woman on the phone insisted that the times I had been given weren’t true and that no one had told me that, even though her colleague had. She was rude, raised her voice at me, and made me feel like I was the one at fault for asking a simple question. She then passed me to another woman I had already spoken to in the morning, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. I understand that delays can happen, but there’s no excuse for poor communication and disrespectful customer service. This experience has really put me off ordering from this company again.

Great customer service with quick responses when I had questions about the tiles I was ordering. The wood slat ones look absolutely amazing and I'm sure the marble effect will look just as great once the bathroom is finished.
