Top class

Excellent service. A free tile sample was dispatched and delivered quickly free of charge.

Unfortunately when we received our order the wrong tiles had been sent - but these things happen, and I can only say that the service we received from Hannah who arranged to collect the wrong order and deliver the right ones within 24 hours was 10 /10. The tiles are perfect. Very pleased

Great service. The samples have helped us select a flooring that will work for us. Also love the dog mascot!

Really helpful when ordering samples which were required quickly, samples provided were larger than other companies which helped us make the right decision. The tiles have been fit this week, they look great, and the tiler commented on the quality, would highly recommend!

After looking for ages for a suitable tile I finally found one online at stone store. Because I can’t get to the store to look at a large sample I ordered a whole tile which a friend is picking up for me so I can see it in a larger format before buying the rest. The lady was very helpful and took my order on the phone.

Great service. Sample received as we needed to match our existing porcelain slab

Good product delivered quickly to my door.

Super helpful, great value and amazing staff We visited the Guildford showroom to look for 4 different spaces in our house. Michelle and Craig were super helpful not only with their time but their vision and ideas. We walked out knowing exactly what we wanted and happy with every space. The showroom is welcoming and beautifully set out. Can't wait to see the final finish - pics to follow!

Excellent

Great look in all lights. Very happy with uber large tiles. Good and friendly phone service and delivery.

Beautiful products at reasonable prices with a gret range. Greta that you can get samples to get an idea of how the tiles will look in situ.

Customer service attentive to enquiries and quick to dispatch order

Very helpful and efficient

The service I received from Stone Superstore was exceptional. These really are premier quality stone tiles at unbelievably good prices!

Great service

Quick delivery

The customer service from Stonestore is amazing. Easy to get through to them and very responsive and helpful.

Iciar was very helpful but due to most of the slabs being out of stock I wasn’t able to order.
