Quality tile samples received and delivered promptly after order and packaged well.

Lovely tiles. Delivered on time. Yet to install but so far so good

Fantastic experience from start to finish, felt like a premium experience and very personable!

Super helpful, lovely range of tiles and made sure we had everything we needed to do the job.

Great customer service provided. The sample tiles were beautifully packed, no chipped edges. UNFORTUNATELY, the tile did not harmonise with the look we aim to achieve.

Easy and straightforward, thank you.

Excellent service, I have dropped a mark as two of the pavers were broken. Fortunately there were enough to finish the job. The pavers are beautiful and look lovely in my garden. Very pkeased

Great

Fab will be ordering

Stonewise keeps asking for a review despite me never buying from them, with this level of incompetence I never will.

The product was exactly as advertised It came very quickly with an excellent drop off driver. There was some stainage on a couple of the large tiles , also a little short on order A lady in the office called Andrea was most helpful and quickly arranged replacements , she was excellent I can’t fault them and will buy off this firm again

I’ve written it alresdy

Delivered on the day they said helpful driver ,

We ordered Valencia Beige Porcelain Paving Slabs 90x60cm tiles. Ordering and delivery was a smooth process and everything arrived in good order. We are very satisfied.

I’ve had tiles from the Stonestore a few times, and the tiles are fantastic. However, the delivery charges are nothing more than theft. The website shows different rates depending on where you live, with inner London and the south coast the most expensive. I live in mid Wales, less than 2 hours from their warehouse in Manchester, but I was charged at the inner London rate! I contacted Stonestore to complain, but they weren’t interested. Great product…disgraceful delivery charges.

Samples were received quickly - lovely selection received. I then went on to order the tiles I wanted - very easy to use website with quick delivery on a day of my choosing - so far I highly recommend!

I recently purchased some samples from Stone Superstore which arrived very quickly and well packaged. I am now looking forward to ordering the tiles for my ensuite.

The samples I requested were all very nice and good quality, unfortunately not right for my needs.

Poor customer service , not impressed.

Easy to order and samples arrived really quickly and well packaged
