We ordered 22sqm of tiles from the Guildford store and they arrived on schedule. Unfortunately a number of tiles were broken in transit but Michelle immediately sorted the issue and sent out replacements. I would choose Stonestore again due to the wide range, quality and value of the tiles - all backed by great upfront and after sales service.

So far so good. I'm waiting for the installers to give me a start date then I'll order the chosen stone slabs. The stone is either in stock or the delivery lead time is short so the next step shouldn't be a problem.
