Delivery great. Just a shame you don't accept returns. We had little wastage, so we ended up with a lot of spare tiles that we couldn't return. - Can't fault the service or quality of the product though.

I loved the store reminded me of an art gallery, beautiful tiles, so much choice it’s been so hard to decide. I live in Liverpool and have travelled back a couple of times. Kate was very knowledgeable and helpful with looking for colour & texture palettes to accompany the main tiles I liked most, she also shown an interest in my design plans and gave some great advice. I also love the website, I have been able to order free samples which has really helped with my choices also.
