Decent service, not faults with the ordering process or speed of delivery, but let down by the cardboard boxes the tiles came in. The majority of them are extremely flimsy and falling apart, making handling and moving the tiles very stressful. Several of them fell apart, spilling tiles out all over the place. Would have been better if they were more securely packed, they are fragile after all. Nevertheless, I would order again, but would be 5 stars if packaging was more sturdy.

I recently ordered online from you 6 samples of your Porcelain Tiles. They arrived quite quickly & have to say I love all of them especially the Timeless White Polished Porcelain Tile which would be for the bathroom shower & walls. I am hoping to have the bathroom completely updated sometime this year so trying to get some ideas at the moment. I've also been looking at floor tiles & noticed a particular tile which I thought would go really well with the Timeless White Porcelain Tile & :it is a Callacatta Marble Tumbled Octagon Tile. I will definately be keeping my options open while keeping an eye on your delightful Timeless White Polished Marble Tile.
