Great, samples arrived quickly

I was exited to get my sample however it never arrived. I waited a few days after the scheduled time and it still didn’t come. This was unfortunate. The reason I haven’t put a 1 star is because I understand that this mishap could potentially be due to the transportation team rather than yourselves. Thanks

Tiles were chipped in nearly every pack. Tiles just dropped on middle of drive after I explained i am in kidney failure and would struggle to move them driver left!

I love the product and had the purchase in my basket, but £160+ for delivery was outrageous, so I abandoned :(

The tile's arrived as promised on the date of delivery. They were packed extremely. The tile's are now waiting to be placed in my new kitchen. I believe the Tuscany tumbled tile's will enhance the room. Also the staff we're very helpful and friendly, I would definitely buy from this company again. Anne

Our tiler said these were excellent quality tiles. Well packaged and fast delivery. We only ordered samples and still haven't decided but first impressions of this company are very good!
