We ordered Valencia Beige Porcelain tiles. Everything went smoothly and we're very happy with them.

Courteous and professional sales team, great product promptly delivered. Would recommend

All the above were easily done. Porcelain tiles received are of top quality. Will definitely recommend.

Great Service from Stone Store. The samples we ordered arrived quickly. Each sample was of adequate size to appreciate its quality and colour and were clearly marked with identification on the reverse. Communication from Stone Store was very good.

Great experience from choosing the product to delivery. It was really good to have this store to go into to see the product and get advice from the friendly staff. We would 100% use Stone Store again.

I will be recommending you smooth delivery

How did you do? Well there should be a zero star review to tell you how did you really do!

Choosing out door paving is actually quite complicated and a big purchase. The team at Stone Store were so helpful on the phone (special shout out to Charlie) and talked through design features and offered really good impartial advice. Thank you

Really good!

Easy, fuss free ordering and prompt delivery.

Good communication and delivery

Over the moon with our gorgeous new tiles. Super friendly and helpful when we needed to call to ask a question about delivery. Cannot fault Stone Store!

Only ordered samples so far but Charlee was super helpful and efficient - customer service done right. Prices look competitive too. Thank you.

The Dijon Heritage Antiqued Limestone Outdoor paving slabs look amazing. Katie and Craig at the Guildford store were fantastic and helped us choose these slabs for our patio. We needed 20mm thick to go over an exisiting sub base and the store had an extensive range of full size tiles which enabled us to confidently select the ones that were right for our project. All stages from selecting the stone, competitive pricing, ordering the large quantity we needed and delivery went to plan with no issues. . . and only 2 slabs out of 200 odd were damaged.

Top, top quality. Best place to buy tiles (indoor) and paving (outdoor) - AND very reasonable cost for a high end product.

Beautiful shads of pink

Selected samples and they arrived quickly

Top team. So knowledgeable and helpful. Start to finish, one of the easiest companies I've dealt with. Excellent comms and quality.

Excellent shipping process with communication and service from staff top draw. Stonehouse is a company that certainly prides itself on delivering a Porcelain product that fits a price point for all to consider. Did not fail and achieved objective for us to complete transformation of living room and study with a modern cost effective Porcelain product.

I was very happy with the quality and service of this company but unfortunately the colour wasn’t quite right for me. If I see the colour I need I would go back to them.
