great service and reasonable prices- would definitely recommend!

I’ve never bought from this store before and needed to place a large order for a pathway, so was slightly apprehensive. But, my experience has been excellent, from the delivery to the customer service. The driver called when he was 30 minutes away, he was happy to drop the pallet exactly where we wanted it, and delivery times were very quick. There was one tile that had a slight chip, I emailed and asked about options, I was responded to that same day where we agreed to hold fire and see whether it impacted the build, as we could use that for cuts (which is what worked out). Customer service was really responsive, which gave such reassurance. The tiles look great, the landscaper has new work requests off the back of them, win all round - will 100% use Stone Store again if we need to.

Additonal £250 for delivery is cheeky!

Excellent customer service and terrific selection.

I am delighted with my floor tiles they were laid yesterday. The quality is excellent exactly what I wanted. My tiler had taken the samples you sent me to show to 2 future customers who want the porcelain tile with the wavy edge. Delivery was excellent too Very fast. Thank you and Kind Regards Gill Casey.

Beautiful terracotta tiles with lovely variation (as hoped!), helpful customer service, will definitely use them again

Excellent choice of stone - knowledgable staff and very competitive prices. 100% recommended

Great value Great service Great product

Fantastic and very friendly

This is our second order of Tudor limestone. We decided to extend the stone flooring to cover a further area after being stunned at how great it looks in our cottage. It makes the whole place look bigger and brighter. Found the stone to be excellent from Stonestore and wished we had ordered more the first time as the delivery charges are high...I have to add that the driver was amazing, arrived well within the time given and was very helpful in leaving the stone where we could easily transfer it into the cottage. We're very happy to recommend this company..thank you.

Great quality, and good customer service

Delivered on time and in excellent condition

Excellent sample service, and good to be able to see the real colour and finish of the tiles in natural and artificial light in the planned rooms.

Samples arrived quickly and are good quality. Was surprised and pleased to receive such large samples. I like the tiles but the extortionate delivery fee is putting me off from making an order.

Wonderful tile samples, my dilemma though is liking them all too much!. . . Can't decide 😵‍💫

I’ve still not received any of the samples I requested.

Absolutely stunning tile designs and quality. I’m so in love with my bathroom. It looks like a beautiful hotel/spa. Customer service and delivery was all smooth. I was able to get help and a replacement very quickly on a couple that were damaged during delivery.

Team were very helpful and friendly. Arranged a pick up from the warehouse so i could save on delivery

Great service and very informative about the products
