Quick delivery of samples.

I bought 9 pavers and two were cracked on delivery. Despite this the limestone pavers are good quality.

These were advertised as softly tumbled edge but appear to have been machined in a uniform wavey pattern. Not natural looking at all. They are still propped up the wall in our back yard.

Samples arrived & would have ordered but due to lock stock had to look elsewhere

The tiles arrived in one piece and we're exactly as advertised. Very lovely. However, I couldn't and still can't believe I had to pay nearly £90 to have them delivered. Its an outrageous amount to pay and there was no alternative. I fell in love with the tiles and swallowed that cost but I don't think I would ever buy again from Stone Store for that reason.

These Portobello Grey porcelain tiles are the nicest I've seen anywhere and are virtually maintenance free. With berries and twigs dropping from the pyrocantha canopy above it, our patio needs to be quick and easy to sweep and clean and these are just perfect. I love the pattern, it's quite subtle, not too in your face and the impression it gives of being made up of smaller tiles is most attractive. Having the sample tiles makes it much easier to visualise the finished job. Stone Superstore are a great company to deal with and delivery was prompt and trouble free. Thank you Stone Superstore from a very happy customer.

Lovely product but unfortunately did not fit my existing tiles

Really pleased with both the tiles and the service we received from Stone Superstore. After being let down by another tile supplier, we visited the showroom and found exactly what we were looking for. The staff were really helpful and made the whole process easy. We chose the Delphi Beige Stone Effect Porcelain Tiles for our bathroom and they look fantastic on the walls. The quality is excellent and we're really happy with the finished result. Delivery was excellent too. We ordered the tiles around three weeks before we needed them, and Stone Superstore were happy to hold them until we were ready. They then delivered them on the exact day we requested, which made everything much easier. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, quality tiles and reliable delivery. We wouldn't hesitate to use Stone Superstore again.
