Delivery charge seemed high. Over £50. Spent £2k and no discount available to mitigate delivery charge

Friendly customer service and speedy delivery. Most importantly the tiles I ordered were significantly cheaper than exactly the same product elsewhere.

Tiles were packaged perfectly. Not a single damaged tile of the 70+ that were delivered. All layed now and were good to work with and look great for half the price of TileGiant/Topps etc

The samples arrived very promptly and were only small but worth ordering.

Great service

We ordered a sample from the website which looked like a good visual match for our existing patio. When it arrived it was a completely different colour, absolutely nothing like the photographs or what we needed. I took several pictures of the sample against the patio and asked if further samples based on this could be provided. Stonesuper store simply said they had no stone that was anything like what we needed, sorry. It is basically a pale limestone. Very very disappointing

We took the risk and blindly ordered the style and colour from the website as our chosen flooring. They came delivered on time, 100% quality, and the style and colour matched exactly to the website photos and description. Once the floor has been laid, we will forward on pics. Overall delighted!
