Emails went unanswered when they mattered. Requested to delay shipment one week. Didn’t even get a response. It was a sizable purchase for me and I expected better. Not sure if I will ever work with blue nile again unless I upgrade.

My fiancé and I just got our wedding bands from Blue Nile and we couldn’t be happier! The rings are stunning, plus we got them on sale, and the customer service in the store as we were shopping was wonderful.

I picked up my item on Sunday the 10th of August. I went back to exchange for a different size, 48 hours later, Tuesday the 12th of August. A sign read permanently closed. I was unable to return and get the much needed guidance in the exchange process. The employees working to close the store were extremely helpful. But still, very inconvenient for me and now I ended up returning the item altogether.

My wife loved the blue sapphire bracelet I bought at Blue Nile for her birthday. It was different from the other pieces I have gotten in the past, and the sparking stones enthralled her. The weight was ideal as well.
