The stone was cut in such a way that it appears larger than it really is, it's absolutely beautiful! My fiancé loves her new ring!

Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality and beauty of the stone, it’s beauty truly stands out. While the setting appeared more impressive in the photos than in person, I understand that it can be changed later if desired. The wait time was reasonable, though I don’t currently have the flexibility to pursue a different setting. Despite this, I’m happy with my decision to purchase from Blue Nile and look forward to a positive experience with their customer care in the future.

Customer service and product was absolutely amazing except they didn’t offer screw on backs and I had to pay $275 to have the guardian backs replaced. They are not good for big hands. Other than that. Quality of the diamonds are amazing.

I ordered pearls three weeks before my wedding. The next day, I got a message saying the gift had shipped, but I couldn’t track with the number. After a few days, I contacted customer service. It turns out that the gift had failed inspection, then failed inspection again. When I asked for a partial refund, the customer service agent told me she would get back to me. I didn’t hear back from her. Eventually I called again, and another agent told me that there was a chance it wouldn’t get there in time before I left for a wedding. Finally, the gift arrived right before I left, only because management got involved.

The diamond bracelet I bought for my wife arrived damaged. I expect much better for a $5k piece of jewelry. I don’t recommend purchasing anything from Blue Nile.

I would love to be able to give a review for my beautiful 10 Carat natural diamond bracelet but it is still with UPS awaiting for them to deliver. I am so unhappy as a I have spent hours chasing them without any success and it is a very very special gift for my retirement!

Ring looks great

Bought this for my daughter as her “something new” for her wedding. I chose the initial for her new last name. She absolutely loves it!

Missed on the sparkly and comfort aspect. As the yellow stones are pale couldn’t catch light much unlike the darker colors. The comfort could be better for regular wear that’s the main reason I took out a star. I have a heavier 3ct diamond ring from BN that feels more comfortable to wear than this somehow. Can’t tell why. .
