Store has limited selection of styles and sizes . Website lacks information. Sales people are just ok. My wife's engagement ring has had small diamonds fall off the " Halo" . Experience has not given me confidence to return again

Took a chance and ordered hoop earrings with emerald cut diamonds. They are spectacular and very unusual. Lots of sparkle.

I puirchased my engagement ring from Blue Nile, and due to time constraints needed to ship it to my destination. The service team was on the case, and it arrived a day early! Packed perfectly and sparkling, the moment was flawless. She can't stop showing off her ring and is so happy with it.

The rosebud earrings are beautiful. Staff in Roosevelt field blue Nile studio are really helpful. While I was there, my engagement ring was cleaned for me.

Ring was great and was of high quality, but the delivery was unexpectedly delayed two weeks, so the present was late. :(
