Was gorgeous and just as I had ordered

I received my engagement ring with a small diamond missing in the band (hidden halo). So I was upset and anxious about my engagement plans. However I thought the customer service and repair/turnover time was excellent. I would recommend Blue Nile as far as quality/price. I think I just had a rare experience. But I wouldn’t mind a little discount on a wedding band for the stress ;)

Beautiful quality

I ordered a White Gold band from Blue Nile. It was the first time I ever ordered anything from them. The band was beautiful but although I ordered 1/2 size larger, I had a hard time getting it off my finger. I needed to return it. The customer service is absolutely awesome, and I will definitely purchase from them again.

We ordered our engagement ring, as well as our wedding bands, from Blue Nile and have been very happy with the rings! Blue Nile's customer service has been fantastic as well - we made changes to our orders and changed one ring for another - which Blue Nile did a great job of accommodating!

Product itself is beautiful and elegant. It is thinner than it appears in photos. If you are going for an understated look, it is a great option. The packaging needs improvement. It ships in a nice presentation box that has a small oval shaped "stump" that resembles a wrist. Unfortunately, there is nothing securing the bracelet to that stump. When I opened the packaged, the bracelet was found in the corner of that box, knotted up. I spent far too much time getting the knots out of the chain before I could present it as a gift. Not something you should have to do for a mid-priced piece of jewelry.

She is thrilled and absolutely loves the ring. She can't stop talking about the day I proposed and all she does is looks at the ring. Not to mention the ring was suppose to arrive later than expected and your team pulled through and got it sent as expected. Keep doing what you're doing. You're making memories for your customers
