I researched several businesses to find what I had in mind. I had collected many images and had several conversations about the ring I would want to give to my queen. Blue Nile was mentioned more than once, though I wanted to try to buy locally. Being able to design the ring myself online and see what the final design would look like really helped me figure out how to put the pieces together. I was also able to monitor the price and make adjustments and not have to deal with some overly pushy sales person who would be more interested in making a buck and not interested in a satisfied customer. When the package arrived, it was not an incredibly obvious package (since I didn’t think to have it sent to my workplace and my future wife actually signed for it!) I am very excited to propose with this beautiful ring. The online picture of it doesn’t do the real ring justice! Absolutely stunning. Came with GIA Certificate and completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Blue Nile.

The young lady who helped me in store was incredible. But I ordered a size 10 mens wedding band and it came in as a size 10. 25, which Blue Nile does not even sell. Thankfully she helped me with a silicone band that will allow my wedding band to actually fit me on my wedding day and not fall off my hand, but I am extremely disappointed with the product I was delivered. Makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Awful.

The ring I ordered was poorly assembled. The cathedral prongs were too short and not properly holding the diamond. Perhaps they used the wrong piece. Overall the ring looked nothing like what was ordered.
