Evri lost this parcel, as per normal, but a replacement by dpd was sent and arrived next day.

Its a shame that Evri list our order, but it was dealt with very quickly when I rang sous chef.

Excellent service. I ordered at 15. 20 on a Friday, had an email to say it was shipped at 17. 21 and I received it about 10. 30 on the Saturday morning. I’d also had a problem redeeming my points, when I was ordering, which was solved by a quick phone call. Thank you Sous Chef

Everything was very well done The parcel arrived and everything was just as it should be No dents in the cans of olives and the crisps not all broken Well done you can buy with confidence from them

To be honest, great product but Evri is always highly risky. They dump stuff on the doorstep, run the bell and run. Luck I was there in a jiffy or it would have been stolen.
