Customer services leaves a lot to be desired. Yes a nice lady got back to me, but the issue with my item that has to be faulty, has never been resolved and it’s been weeks and week now so I’ve given up

Not a great experience… first time buying from here and it’s put me off a bit. I seem to have a faulty bottle, the lid just simply drops straight out and oil goes all over the place. It’s been weeks now and I’m still waiting to be told if I have a faulty one or not. I’ve lost hope now and probably won’t order anything again which is disappointing for me too as they have some lovely items but I have no confidence in them anymore .

Brilliant deal on my new Ankarsrum mixer. Delivery was exceptionally efficient and fast. Sous Chef is definitely my favourite go to for all sorts of foodie bits and pieces.
