Just got my Red Ank (Ankarsrum mixer) that was on offer with an ice cream kit. The boxing and delivery was smooth and quick. Never purchased anything from this company before so had been a little nervous, especially as it was still a lot of money for me. I did my homework and read the reviews so felt quietly confident to go ahead. I needn't have worried, and will certainly purchase from them again !

I've been shopping here for nearly a decade, I think, and I've had precisely two reasons to get in touch with support in all that time. The last time was an issue with the courier, and ok, it was a bot that dealt with it. But it's a really good bot! It had sorted a replacement item within minutes. I'm not going to complain about a well maintained, well trained bot doing grunt work. Sous Chef are consistently the first place I look when I want a speciality ingredient or a plate with a cat on it. They no longer stock the tubs of fondant that first brought me here, but in general, while their stock range has grown magnificently over the years, it's also been largely consistent. It's nice to see retailers show brand loyalty, actually. I rely on them for my Fiasconaro yummies every xmas and easter! Orders are well packed, and dispatched super-fast.

Been buying Fabbri cherries for years as they are delicious. Sous Chef are excellent and dispatch quickly.

I like shopping with you but whoever packed our shipment that arrived today is dangerous. My order contained two massive cans of Italian tomatoes, 3kg flour, 3 cans of pumpkin, 1 box of salt and more all dumped into the same box. The poor driver could have tripped on our steps and I had had to unpack this on our front porch because not only was the box falling apart but it was heavy.
