I’m actually not going to review the product: let’s face it, you don’t need me to tell what fantastic quality Sous Chef provides! No, I’m going to talk about the care and quality they provide in their packaging. I don’t know what they call the product used when packing glass, but what an outstanding job it does and unlike bubble wrap it can be recycled! The placement of items also shows the care taken - not some random, hastily filled box as you might find from other suppliers. All in all a very well deserved 10/10 for those tasked with packing Jules

Is this a review of service or product? Service: Fantastic, sorted me out when I had no stocking fillers on the 23rd of December. Product: Great complexity and luxurious, but the balance of sweetness just tips the edge over acetic and savoury elements. If you like balsamic dressings and want to shun the imitation- this is for you. If you are a Balsamic purist then maybe this is a daily workhorse.
