Simply the best oil I’ve ever had. Tried it for the first time in a 1 star restaurant in Seville and was very pleased to source it in the UK through Sous Chef. Its vibrant green colour is the first thing to strike you, followed by the fresh, cut-grass scent. The flavour is rich and smooth before pepper grabs the back of your tongue.
