The first delivery was via Evri and got lost in transit. After notifying both Evri and Sous Chef a replacement was quickly despatched. The glasses are lovely but a bit smaller than I expected. My fault for not checking the size. The original order was eventually delivered by Evri but in a very battered state. Thanks to the excellent packaging the glasses were intact and have been returned to Sous Chef via Royal Mail.
