Great products and excellent service - thank you for enhancing the cooking experience

The item itself is beautiful and am really pleased with it. Unfortunately they used Evri. I had very little feedback on when my parcel was coming. It was late by two days and I was given incorrect time slots within this time. When it arrived it was soaking wet. Really disappointed
