We had a minor issue with lids leaking, and were immediately offered replacement bottles. Great response.
Product appears to have slightly changed since initial purchase years ago. Bottle colour and style has changed slightly and the flavour and colour are no longer identical. Still close enough to earn 4 stars but they had a winner previously and now we are lumped with the b-grade flavour.
We literally use it daily! So easy to use.

Family loves our new soda maker. Really easy to use , i love the fact that it does not require batteries, or plugging in so it's easy to move around wherever you need it. We tried the 7Up and pepsi max lime so far. The 7Up is brilliant , exactly like you would buy it from the shop. Looking forward to try more flavours
We made a rather large order to stock up again. The new caps are not the greatest. Half of our purchase arrived with broken caps. Some even leaked all over because the safety seal had broken. Was not happy.
Not only are Sodastream products great, there is an excellent customer support staff ready to help. Each time I have had to contact support, I always know I will be well taken care of.
It is hard for us to go to return. Hope someone can pick it up
The process is streamlined. Refills and empty tank returns is easy. Sometimes there is free item and discounts. Thanks for making this service efficient and predictable.
L have had my soda stream for about 6 months now and can't imagine being without it. The flavors are great but I like the soda stream even without the flavoring. Thank you Soda Stream for the great taste that it gives to water. ,

I wasn't too sure about this when I bought it, but it made sense financially so I got it. I love this thing, it's easy to use, and so far it is still fun watching and listening to the CO2 being shot in the bottle!
I thought it would be easy to just box up the empties and get replacements but its not that straightforward.
We’ve been SodaStream customers for 4 years. We bought our bubbler direct and have purchased all of our gas cylinders using the exchange process since then. We have always gotten the highest quality customer service and quick resolution for the few times something has gone wrong. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sparkly water and saving the planet!!
Mothers Day Gift from my daughter. . . I don't drink enough water, I told her. . . I only like carbonated water. . . but Mom, you have an underground spring full of minerals and it is delicious! Few days later, my gift arrived! I'm loving my natural spring water. . . with bubbles (which makes me crave it! ) Love my sodastream, love my bubbles, LOVE MY DAUGHTER!
Easy to order. Easy to return the empties. I will be ordering again when these are empty.
Every month, I get my replacement canisters mailed to me. Every month, I return my empty canisters promptly. And every month, SodaStream attempts to bill me for my already-returned canisters, even though the tracking information PROVIDED BY SODASTREAM shows that my canisters were returned on time. I then have to call and spend 30+ minutes on the phone to explain the situation, so that they can manually mark my canisters as "returned. " I actually canceled my subscription once, but decided to give them another chance after six months. . . Their service has NOT improved.
I called and spoke to Mckenzie. Ended up subscribing for deliveries on schedule. Price better than store exchanges. Also accepted exchange for old blue for pink ones I needed for new machine. Mckenzie was patient, knowledgable and very helpful. Also sent a pink cartridge I had a coupon for.
I love it from the outset , I use it every day and at least 4 times a day , I can’t ever imagine not having one and not to mention it’s helping the planet ♥️
