Purchasing soda stream canisters online and returning empty ones was super easy and convenient and very affordable

There was a great sale and everything came on time.

Love having sparkling water at my fingertips. No lugging boxes of water from the grocery store. Best purchase ever!

Ordered gas canisters direct from website. Delivery was fine. After returning the used canisters I received notice of a charge for not returning the canisters. I called and they immediately reversed the charge. Ok. But then it happened the next time as well. I had the P. O. tracking info which showed the canisters were delivered. Had to call and get the charges reversed again. So either one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing or it is a way to make more money if people don’t bother to dispute the charge. I don’t appreciate having the onus out on me to prove I returned the canisters!

Sodastream is the best! No shopping for bottles of soda, no dragging it home and in the house, no plastic going in the landfills and CO2 canisters delivered right to your door. It can’t be any easier!

Prompt delivery of CO2 bottles keeps us supplied in a timely fashion. I couldn’t ask for more.

I find this company to be full of $#/+. My machine, which is made of plastic nonesense dry rotted and became brittle after 1 year. I told them... they denied me a replacement which should have been for 3 years according to the policy. When the peices broke and fell out of the machine I threw them out - like anyone would do. Then I hear some sort of nonesense that they need to do a video call to see it themselves. Am I an idiot?

I am very upset that I received a bill for returning empty tanks too late. I should not have to pay a few for returning late tanks. I wish to discontinue my subscription if I am going to be charged for having "late" tanks. Dawn Foster

Sadly our last machine stopped working. We ordered a new model that works with our existing glass bottles which we love. It came with 1 glass & 1 plastic bottle, plus a CO2 cartridge. Have been enjoying the fizzy water and the Soda Stream’s Mojito favoring.

In late Aug. I asked to reduce subscription to every 6 months because we had not used the canisters received in July. The rep. said next delivery will be Feb 2027. Then sent another supply in one month (Sept 26) and charged us for not returning the cylendars that are still unopened in the cupboard. I now have 6 unopened cylendars in the cupboard. I would like to cancel the subscription altogether now.

the fact you still cannot put things in your packing "this side up". The fact you never can seem to keep Orange flavour in stock, and the redesign of flavor botttles without taking into consideration, not everyone has bottles with your precious marking line on it, show that you really are not THINKING much about customer base.

I tried buying and returning the canisters on Amazon and had nothing but frustration with the returns. Going direct to Sodastream has been a breeze. And the cost is comparable.

I love having my cylinders automatically come to my front door. My water taste so good using my soda stream machine.
