The unit works great, the issue is our bottles of diet Dew are undrinkable due to a nasty after taste! We have purchased the diet Dew when it came out yet the ones we just received don't cut it. We tried a Dr. Pete and was fine.

I have had constant trouble trying to cancel shipments, or just getting in touch. I will change vendors as soon as I can get out of password Hell and cancel my subscription.

I love fizzy water so having my two SodaStreams is perfect. One at home and one at vacation home. I have auto delivery of three cartridges every three months. I needed the cartridges a bit earlier so I just adjusted th date, super easy. What I love the most is being able to return the empties so easily.

I love how easy it is to place orders for cylinder exchanges. The replacement cylinders arrive quickly, and the prepaid return label makes sending back my used cylinders super easy.

I must say first the customer service is phenomenal. When I had thought I had accidentally damaged my machine, customer service had a video chat with me to inspect it to ensure it was still fine. Second, there are quite often sales where the syrup is less expensive than retail. The option for cylinder exchange is very simple and great for people in remote areas. I did a cost analysis buying soft drink from the store vs using SodaStream, and Sodastream comes out ahead by a lot. I don't mean a slight price difference, I mean substantial. It's a win from me.

It is so easy to make carbonated water with SodaStream. Love the choices of different carbonation levels.

I have done a few orders of flavours from the Soda Stream website and they have arrived very quickly. A great range of flavours are also available online some not available at all supermarkets.

I use their service to replenish my C02 cartridges as needed. Joining a plan is just not pragmatic as you can return these cartridges to Target for filled ones and it’s cheaper

Constant email requesting the return of empty cylinders that have already been returned. If they would wait 1 week these wouldn't be needed

Every single order continues to charge me for unreturned cylinders. I do return them in time and have proof of sending. Your system in this area is broken. Tired of all the back and forth with customer service to get a refund. I am beginning to believe this is on purpose just to get the charge and hope no one notices.
