Orders take too long to receive replacement canisters.

I have had a Terra for 2-3 years now. It’s been great. The bottles have worked great. The flavors have been great. Everything up until my most previous order has been as expected, or better. The problem is the new flavor bottle style. 3/4 I ordered had broken caps, and 1 was leaking on arrival. This isn’t going to stop me from being a customer yet, but please get them fixed, or packed up to protect them better. We shall see how the next batch arrives.

I love soda stream. I love the fact the recycling aspect of cans or bottles is very heavily reduced. You can make exactly the amount you need. I like the new syrup bottles. I do wish there were more flavours. But I love what they have. At the moment I have Pepsi, ginger ale and Indian tonic water.

Bottles don’t include a cap with a measure in them any more so how are you supposed to put the right amount in? It suggests 3 tablespoons - who thought that was a good idea?! Change it back to the previous bottles, please!

I returned 2 empty cylinders yesterday but I was not given a receipt. This makes me nervous and I would prefer a better system which incorporates tracking or receipt at destination.

I love my soda stream and I've used it enough to need replacement cartridges. The order and return process is really slick and efficient. However, I received an email reminding me that my cartridges needed to be returned by a certain date (which is very helpful) but Ihad to call and show that my empty cartridges had been returned for a week already with the tracking verification provided with the return label (which is also a very good thing). The customer representative followed up quickly and gave me verbal verification that the replacements had been received but he needed to call the warehouse and then it was verified.

I have used Sodastream for nigh on 30 years and have been in the Sparkle club for the past 5 years. Sodastream is brilliant 🤩 and it’s always nice to have a fizzy drink 🥤

I'd wanted a soda machine for years but it seemed expensive and inconvenient. It's absolutely not! I love it! So fresh and made how I prefer it not with mixed quality like at gas stations. I wish I would've bought one years ago.
