You have cut out so many of the drinks that I used to buy I am having to find different sources for syrup.

This is the 3RD time I DID NOT receive a return label in the box that the cartridges came it. It took me 30 minutes on line with support to navigate your system to be able to print out a return label . I am a senior and the computer is difficult for me. The support lady was extremely helpful and I finally got a print out. Please include return labels next time.

I had some bottles explode in transit and they sent new ones right away.

Ease of Use — 10/10 This is honestly one of my favorite things about the SodaStream. It’s so convenient to have whenever I want a soda, and switching between flavors takes almost no effort. I can have one flavor and quickly change to something completely different without having to buy a bunch of different drinks and keep them stocked. It’s simple, convenient, and something I actually use all the time.

I have had a soda stream for 20 years and the abominable customer service has completely destroyed any and all loyalty that I have ever had the misfortune to feel toward this unethical company. Bit by bit, fewer and fewer companies work with soda stream and I have discovered why Costco and World Market and other companies have stopped doing business with soda stream. For all of the advertising emails that they spam me with and the personal information that they sell, soda stream charged me $65 instead of sending a reminder to return my empty canisters. Not only did they change me, but there doesn’t seem to be recourse to get a refund except to go through a chargeback process, which I am initiating as soon as I finish this review. What a garbage company.

The shipment arrived timely and was nicely packed and the return of the CO2 containers continues to be easy to do.

We accidentally put an order in for an old address. Within 60 seconds, I noticed the error. There was no way to cancel the order or change the address. Customer service was offline. I sent an email within 3 minutes. 24 hours later, they said "oh, just refuse the package. " I said I don't live there. The package still hadn't shipped, so I asked them to cancel or switch addresses again. . . they again responded 24 hours later "just refuse the order when UPS delivers it. " I again said I don't live there, and at that point it had already shipped. They then wrote a snarky email to me, but did issue a refund finally. I just also think the fact that every model is designed to be non-interoperable is a design choice intended to force customers to make more purchases.

great product and accessories very happy with price item and shipping

My wife and I just like bubbly water. Up until recently I was getting them at our local supermarket, or WalMart, or Target, but slowly all these retailers have stopped carrying exchange cartridges. The direct exchange through the SodaStream site is easy and they ship the cartridges in a box that is the same box you return your old cartridges in with a pre-paid return label. It's quick and easy (and no more calling ahead to Target to see if they have exchange cartridges in stock)!

I am sorry to review this negatively since was not really an issue for soda stream. But fed ex delivered it to the wrong house as always. . . and I filed a claim but nothing happens. So had to drive around and f8nd it myself. Can you change your shipper
