It would be nice to have an e-mail notifying that you received the return bottles. In addition, I got charged $15 for non-returned bottle. I returned all 4, why would you charge me for 2 bottle? It’s pretty frustrating to be in this situation. Please make it better for your customers. Thank you!

Very easy to get more co2. Return empty cylinders was easy, too! The cost was not too much, either.

We wish it would have come with 2 bottles. The machine itself is not very sturdy.

Third time Soda stream has basically stolen from me again.

I wrote and emailed about my order with no response or communication. I added photo of a botched shipment weeks ago and still have not gotten anything from you guys…please contact asap!

I ordered the incorrect cylinders from Soda Stream, and they were able to help.

I own two Sodastream machines; one with a manual hand pump and the other is electric. I was having trouble with the bottles for the former and a wonderfully patient woman from Sodastrream guided me successfully! I especially love the manual pump Sodastream but both deliver great bubblles!

I find sparkling water to be more refreshing than filtered tap water, so having easy access to making my own and then being able to add flavors that have no added sweeteners of any type (or ones with soda-like flavors should I desire) is great. It's my summertime go to source of hydration.

I used to have an old Soda stream that was much sturdier at this price level. This one is very very light weight and when you have a bottle of water with some weight to it, it is hard to screw the bottle into the recepticle. Something about the design is not as self explanatory and user friendly as the old version. It doesn't really screw in and lock it just keeps rotating endlessly. Not a fan.

Now that I have it I will no longer be without it. I love the carbonated water and the juices. I will be glad when they can expand the selection of juices. Other than that I LOVE waking up to a sparkling glass of water…. .

I was very impressed with the first order I placed online with SodaStream. I mistakenly ordered the 1 L Fuse Bottle when I intended to order the 1 L Classic Bottle. When my order was delivered, I realized my mistake and called a SodaStream customer service representative. She offered to send me the Classic Bottles with complimentary shipping and I did not need to return the Fuse Bottles. I ended up paying for one of the two-pack Classic bottles but I thought that was more than fair given it was my mistake. The customer service representative noted it was the first time I had ordered online and provided a gesture of appreciation for my mistake. That was impressive!

I love the Soda Stream! I use it every day. The Art model looks great on my counter top, too!

I have been a user of Soda Stream for about 3 years. Prior to that I drank sparkling water from and major supplier. The switch to Soda Stream has meant I can enjoy my sparkling water anytime and without an interruption in supply. I have 3 tanks so When I use my last tank I can send the other 2 back and their quick "turn around" (Postage Free!) means I never have to worry about my supply running out. The "flavors" offered are also good. I like the Cola syrup and the Ginger Ale. (I don't like sweeter water). Defiantly sticking with the company.

I ordered from soda stream months ago. It never showed up and I called after it was a week later and they were great. They refunded my money and said another was going to be shipped and arrive in a new days. That never showed up. After it was late about a week I called again and was told that they had no idea when I would receive my soda stream purchase. A week later I called back and got the same answer. Two months later I was charged again and it showed up at my door. I don’t need it and there’s no way for me to return it online.
