I was delighted when SS offered me a discount to get an upgrade on my machine which is almost 20 years (yet works perfectly) Several of my family have the newer styles. I had to jump at the chance. The new models are much more easier when replacing cylinders and when carbonating the water. Well pleased, the customer service is second to none can’t fault them at all. They even offered to swap out four new cylinders for new ones which compatible with the new model. Happy customer all round.

Bought an assortment of syrups, all favourites in our house as they taste quite natural. Appreciated the order being processed & dispatched quickly. Did not appreciate the courier throwing the parcel over our 6ft garden fence & it leaving it in the rain & hail until we could get to it. Luckily product was undamaged but the box had fallen apart. Would buy again if could choose a different courier

Great customer service

Honestly the product is amazing and the support I got from a previous purchase was top notch, but I can't in good conscious give my experience more than 2 stars, the delivery partner sodastream picked is beyond terrible, they will pack your order and ping pong around town, my order was literally 2 blocks away on multiple occasions for the truck just to drive away for miles in the other direction and eventually they will just reschedule to the next day because they didn't have enough time for their route, PLEASE, find another delivery partner.
