Got the Terra because we really enjoy carbonated water. This is easier than constantly buying cases of drinks. It eliminates cans to recycle too. It's easy to set up and use. The cylinder exchange program sounds easy too. We haven't done it yet. This is one kitchen gadget that's getting plenty of use!

We love our soda stream and our Pepsi Max. It would bo so good if soda stream would make bigger bottles. We live on the water and have limited space and don't shop every week so it would be great to be able to buy big bottles.

Had to look though the offers some of it is confusing but very quick delivery and as described will see if it works ?

Please go back to using the measurement caps. It much easier to make the perfect drink

I love how fresh my sparkling water tastes with this Soda Stream now. Glass Bottles and I squeeze in some lemon or Cherry Cola Cane Sugar Syrup and I have fresh sodas or sparkling with clean alkaline water right at home whenever I want! I also don't have to think about all of the empty aluminum cans piling up at home! I love this technology! I highly recommend it.

I have bought 3 soda machines for different houses 2 Art soda Machines and 1 Duo. I definitely recommend the Art machine over the Duo. I find the Duo too hard to close. The Art has the extra feature by being able to use 500L bottles as well as 1L bottles. Love my Soda Stream!

Great machine, it carbonates well. Two items I would suggest working on to make it even better. 1 - Give the machine a little more heft. When you attach or remove the bottles the machine moves around to easily. 2 - the carbonator initiator handle does open the carbonation stream but it is a very sloppy open and close and does not shut or open or close the CO2 with any crispness as in on or off. It only modulates the stream of gas that leaks through on the open and closing of the lever. Am I happy with the machine. It does what I want so I am please with that.

you changed your box size. it used to fit in my mailbox because it was square-shaped, but now it's longer so it doesn't fit. That means I have to pay USPS extra money to schedule a pickup and it seems not worth it to order from you anymore. If I have to drive to USPS to get it shipped for free, why not just drive to target?

Second time Soda stream didn’t put the return label in the box. I don’t have time to reach out every time order these just to return the empty bottles back to them.

I love being able to order canister replacements for my Soda Stream and have them delivered to the house. Return of the empty canisters is easy peasy - just pack up, label and drop off!

Love making my own drinks. My son loves the mixes I generally just drink sparkling water. It would be great if you could get coke products or have a mocktail mixers.
