After my first exchange you claimed that I did not send the cylinders back, which is not true. I did. I did not save my receipt so I could not fight it. But I opened my eyes wide to see whaqt exactly you are doing. I decided to try again. This time I double checked everything and found that my address is incorrect on the return label. I tried hard but found no contact info on your website. I went to facebook and left a message. Somebody answered and said they fixed the return label and you will mail it to me. Gave me track number. After a week no info on the track I found a phone number and called !customer service!. She was rude but said the return label should not show my address, it is ok to have the NY address on it. I am just about to return the cylinders, but I am worried. Perhaps there was a wrong return label the first time, that is why you did not find my cylinders. I will mail it soon, hold on to the receipt tight and see what happens. If you cheat on me the second time I will report this to BBB, Bad experience so far.

The reordering process could not be any easier. A few clicks and I have more co2 canisters. The return process is fabulous.

Bottles and syrup are fine. But there was one piece of crumbled paper used as packaging. Bottles rolled around loosely but thankfully undamaged. Box tape came apart on bottom enough so that delivery person warned about spilling the contents. Syrup cap was broken. This was a similar experience with both of 2 separate orders and shipments.

Purchased the new SodaStream, it was great…. For a week! Water leaked from the machine into the electrics and became dangerous to use! Don’t even get me started on ordering syrups etc, sent a tiny fraction of the order and tried to say that delivered it all. All lies, I have both video and photographic proof! Customer Service is shocking! No solutions provided, other than to plug in my dangerous machine! Just accept the machine is faulty, you didn’t deliver my order as you have insinuated, either replace or refund! It really is that simple! Signed…. A very dissatisfied customer!

SodaStream has been a great investment for my husband and myself. We must use it 10 times a day or more. It saves so many plastic bottles and makes the best drinks we’ve had.

Ordered a Mix Sodastream, which was faulty. It was replaced efficiently, but the follow up collection of the original has been woeful. Response to emails has been very poor. Not a difficult problem for any company to resolve. . . You'd think.

Brilliant service, brilliant Sodastream. I think all my family have them now. I have to say I was tempted by the new Smeg one, but I have a seamless process with Sodastream, so I've not gone over to the dark side yet.

The Sodastream refill system is efficient and low cost. I did have to call customer service in South Africa to get them to provide return shipment label for the empty CO2 cylinders, but other than that the system is effective.

Not only has this saved me money on buying seltzer water and sodas, but it has me drinking more water, more often, and with no empty seltzer cans! I cannot reccomend this enough to anyone who drinks seltzer.

We were disappointed to find out that the new glass bottles don’t fit our SodaStream. I don’t understand why a company that portray himself as being sustainable would have different bottles required for different SodaStreams. Disappointing.

Great way to get my water intake in daily! I add water enhancers or just a little lemon juice for refresing beverage.
