Got a new maker and happy with it

I can't drink sucralose and you don't list it as an ingredient on most of your syrups. You don't have any substitute syrups without this ingredient.

We really like our new soda stream. I even got my daughter in law to get one also

It’s fast and easy to place an order, usually all items are available. I do wish you still offered the orange flavor again, it’s one of our favorites. Often the return label is missing, more consistency would be nice. Overall though, it’s very convenient and easy!

The bottles of flavoring have no easy means of measuring the amount of flavoring needed. I prefer the packaging which allowed the cap as the measuring amount.

I was a bit disappointed in the flavors this time . They seemed weaker and as if they had artificial sweeteners in them. I would have liked to seen maybe some new flavors like orange or fruit punch or pineapple something more fruity

I sent 3 tanks back over a month ago and have yet to receive the replacements. I have since switched machined which only take the pink cylinders. I had signed up for the exchange program and have no idea why i have not received the replacements.

I purchased a metal water bottle for my husband earlier in the year because the plastic ones we had were old and well we are getting away from plastic products. I was so happy to get a set of three at such a great price I got one for my parents.

I recently upgraded b our Soda Stream machine do start using the pink canisters. I had left over blue ones that I no longer needed. I was told to take them to a distributor and tell them I wanted to donate the blue one, take a picture of the canisters being returned and they would be replaced free of charge with the pink one. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you for your help.

While it took a while to figure out, good customer experience

I’m so excited with my purchase! I love getting my own sparkling water :) it’s so easy!

I give this device 5 stars for performance and 1 star for longevity. We had just started our third CO2 canister when it started spurting water out of every orifice. Before that, though, the sodas were perfect. I even ordered several extra flavor caps as soon as they came back in stock. But, alas, I had to return it to where I bought it after it gave up the ghost.

I was able to order what I needed with out too much trouble.

The new packaging is an upgrade. The bottles are properly sealed and I think that results in a better tasting product. While the caps were plastic covered, the old packaging wasn't really sealed and there was often evidence of leakage.

We are just getting going with the Soda Stream, but we are so pleased with it. Wish we hadn't waited so long!!

I did purchase my 2nd Sodastream online but, it was with the help of an assistant on the phone. She was wonderful.
