Was sent the wrong bottles. Customer service very pleasant and sent replacement promptly but was sent the wrong bottles again. So after not getting what I ordered twice I requested a refund (which was given) and purchased elsewhere.

We were not able to get the refills in our local Target, so we ordered online at Sodastream. They shipped the new items and we returned the empties in the box provided! It was quick and easy!

I am so excited with the new being with making my own soda! I gonna save a lot of money and making soda is a breeeeeeeze! Thank you for a wonderful product!

I've switched from the plastic ones to the metal ones. They stay cold for quite a while. Best of all, they come with a top that's also a handle, which is useful when you are taking lots of things out of the fridge. You can just lift one bottle out with one finger. Very handy. And I think they have a longer life than the plastic ones.

Ordering online is so easy and straightforward. I placed my order Saturday afternoon and it arrived at my house in Adelaide Tuesday before lunch time. With the added extra 2 years warranty on top of the already normal 2 year warranty, is an extra incentive. This means I dont have to purchase from Harvey Norman's in order to get the extra warranty

With help from a former use I fizzed my first bottle Wednesday and now am a pro. I love my sparkling drink. Not a lover of plain water. This is my solution for hydration.

I love the soda stream…the only thing I don’t like is the slow shipping on the refills. But, I got four of them so I can get them refilled before I run out.

Taste is very close to fountain drinks and delivery has been prompt.

I find your whole process very difficult. I previously used drink mate for 2 years and never had a problem with their system. Since switching soda stream, it has been one problem after another. After my first order I got an email I was going to be charged for not returning them quickly enough. I was granted an extension after contacting you. Then my next shipment came without a label. I just spent a good amount of time trying to figure out where to print a new label. I am wondering what happens when people don't have a printer. This whole process is stressful and not user friendly

Not only is this new soda stream great to look at it is so much quieter than my old one. It was a great value and I love the new click system.

If you do not use the carbonated bottles, fast enough, they bill you extra money for them not returning them on time meaning you have to maintain a certain level of consumption otherwise they bill you extra.

Like being able to make a fresh soda when I want. Also like most selection of zero sodas. My area is getting hard to find zero sodas now I have them available when I want.

I have the one that you don't screw in and I sent a full one back. The pink one won't work but the dark one will. So what can I do?

When the local retailer didn't stock the older bottles for SodaStream, the wholesaler readily jumped in and provided the older model bottles without delay. Nowadays it is difficult, to find such a continuous supply chain. Thanks!
