Our family drinks more water because of the SodaStream! The flavours that can be added are great

Overall we are very happy with the SodaStream we purchased. With that said, we are only able to get ~50 litters of soda from a single canister when following the carbonating recommendations. BUT, how much much plastic is being saved is highly satisfying.

Great product easy to use

For years I chased around finding CO2 cartridges. Now they are delivered to my door. I use my Soda Stream daily and the delivery service makes my life so so so much easier.

I really appreciate how efficient your customer service dept. is. It is amazing how quickly your responses come back. Thank you for that! I would like to say that as much as I appreciate your company I would appreciate paying a little less for shipping. I and the only one using the machine and cannot use the CO2 very quickly. On my last order I had to order 6 bottles of it and I haven't got clue how long it will last. As long as I am not bothered by you regarding my returns I will be okay.

Getting CO2 refills is a snap. Free shipping when you order 4 make it even better. But wait. If you subscribe and order 4 at a time you don't even have to think AND you save even more. Definitely 5 stars!!

I am so happy that I purchased it. We were leary, but finally decided to go ahead and try it only because they had Pepsi products. Now. . . I could not live without my SodaStream! I have to have my Pepsi first thing in the morning til I go to bed at night.

This summer I temporarily changed my delivery address. I later called to have the address changed back to the original address, but the CO2 cartridges were sent to the wrong address. Then a second delivery went to the wrong address as well! I called several times to have that second delivery cancelled, but was told that the items were in the warehouse and could not be cancelled and that I would have to wait until UPS picked them up and then have UPS cancel it. UPS delivered the item (to the wrong address) within an hour of being told that UPS had not yet picked it up! This incident was exceedingly frustrating, and I am considering canceling my account. we drink a lot of soda & Soda Stream has saved us so much! the subscription service is convenient & affordable.

Easy and convenient to get Sodastream flavors, but you have to download an app and make an account to track the order. It took about two weeks to get my shipment after ordering.

Well priced cylinders and good variety of beverage syrups. Loved the non-caffeine cola option too. Fast delivery and in good condition. Will order again.
