The order and exchange of CO2 could not be easier. I always make cure the returns ar completely empty and place the protective caps back on. Box them up and apply the supplied return label. Then to the Post Office they go. Love the Soda Stream, I’ve completely kicked the sugar habit.

I have had a Sodastream for a few years now and don't know what I do without it. Learning I can order on line is great as I don't live close enough to the stores that carry your products.

Oh my gosh, I couldn’t be more surprised and thrilled, especially this day and age! Can you imagine a company where you call customer service and they actually answer the phone? And then they call you back when they say they will to do a video chat and walk you expertly and easily through all the troubleshooting steps? She diagnosed my issue right away and sent me easy to follow instructions for a replacement unit and canisters. 10 out of 10, best customer service I have come across in years!

We absolutely love our SodaStream and it is saving us so much money by not having to buy bottled water anymore. However it started spurting water so I contacted help, and they immediately solved the problem. I wasn’t placing the bottle in correctly.

Should have bought this years ago. The same great taste as the major canned drinks, a fraction of the cost. Really enjoying making fizzy drinks with our own cordials. Next, mixing with a bit of alcohol for a spritzer.

I do not like the taste of plain water. I used to buy bottled sparkling water. I was throwing many-many plastic bottles int the recycling bin. Now, I have sparkling and refreshing water anytime I need it, and skipping the recycle bin. This is best for me and for the environment.
