Anytime I have a had a problem with my Sodastream order, the staff have been particularly helpful . Recently it was Amelia who delivered what she promised . Delighted .

I spoke to 1 customer service representative, a manager, and emailed the sodastream team and nobody politely assisted me. I had an issue with the return “policy” of the Co2 cartridges. I will not be ordered from Sodastream again.

I tried to sort this out through the contact us page, I replied to your worker Miracle via emails and even spoke to Miracle on the phone. But I still can’t get my seven leaking syrup bottles replaced. I use your delivery service regularly and regularly the boxes are delivered upside down and I get maybe one or two leaking bottles but this time enough was enough and I want it fixed.

Good service after the first delivery was damaged before it got to me

I have purchased 2 Soda stream & both started spewing water after a couple months. Since I had registered for the warranty, both were replaced. I am concerned the same thing will happen with the replacements. I appreciate that the Soda Stream staff mailed me replacements immediately

I’ve had a soda stream for 5+ years and use it almost every day. You can use it just for sparkling water or with a flavored drink mix. Save a lot by not buying soft drinks.

I'm trying to give up pop, but I still want something fizzy to drink without a ton of caffeine or other additives. I tried sparkling water and loved it! But it's soooooo expensive. My SodaStream has already paid for itself in the money I'm saving on having to buy sparkling water, and having only a few bottles to refill instead of a boatload to return is so much nicer. I should have made the switch ages ago!

I cannot get a new bottle to use to measure the syrup. So I will have to keep my older containers to use
