It was very easy to navigate and choose the desired products you would want. The only thing I would recommend is to add a "compatible" option before you conclude your purchase, as to not accidentally buy accessories that will not fit your SodaStream device.

I'm drinking twice as much water than I did before. I find fizzy water much more thirst quenching that tap water. I love the energy drink. Since I don't like coffee, it gives me the boost I need to start my day. I also love the easy way it is to return CO2 bottles and get them back in a timely manner! Great work.

So far we have had an easy online ordering experience. We did create a subscription so we will see how that goes.

Whenever I’ve had to reach out to Sodastream Canada for support I have always received excellent customer service. My most recent interaction with them was in regards to a syrup that had been unavailable for a few months. The initial agent that received my inquiry (Mika) kept me updated throughout the entire period, just as they indicated they would. When the syrup was back in stock I was notified right away and my shipment was sent promptly.. I have always received excellent customer service from Sodastream, and they make me feel valued as a customer. I feel they go above and beyond to make sure their customer is happy. Thank you for doing such an amazing job Sodastream!

I received excellent service from SodaStream staff after recently having issues with a faulty Soda Stream Terra machine. This was promptly replaced by Sofa Stream due to it being within warranty period. The new machine is working like a dream! Very happy thank you

Soda stream, replaced whole unit of duo machine with ease paid for freight charges, helped me out excellently, after machine had a minor malfunction, I'm pleased to say replacement duo is working amazingly well, Noel

Not sure how this subscription service is supposed to work, seems like I subscribed for the gas, but they have me asking for 5 flavors that I hardly use coming once every month, the day after receiving two bottles of gas, I put them in the box, sealed the box, mailman picked up the box and Soda Stream says they never received the box, it’s been two weeks, maybe it’s me.

C02 exchange tanks not working the pins are stuck in place and I cant push them down unless I use a LOT of pressure, this causes my sodastream machine to fail. When I called support to talk about this i was given a handwavy answer that they "doubt" the canisters are duds when i have had sodastream products for about 10 years and have never had a problem buying them in store.
