Have enjoyed the soda flavors for years, especially the sugar free ones. The bottles have changed and no longer have the measuring cup in the lid. I miss that.

The price to locally buy new cylinders is very high. Buying them here is fast , easy and half the price.

The power supply failed within the warranty period. A call to support resulted in the prompt delivery of a new and apparently larger and redesigned power supply which made the unit operational again. Great service and support.

My subscription was due and I needed the gas but I had unfortunately not updated my address since moving back into my house following the remodel. I called up and spoke to a lovely lady who helped me get the gas to the correct address in a very timely manner. Every time I've had to contact the customer support they have been great.

Quick delievrry

I wrote to advise I was unable to fit the gas cylinder in my soda stream. The young advisor wrote back and offered to do a video call so that she could see the problem. She was extremely helpful, the following day I received a new machine. I call that excellent service, thank you.
