As part of my recent order, I purchased two half liter bottles to replace my expired bottle. I was quite disappointed to then receive bottle that expire later this year in October. I expected to have several years of use out of new bottles.

I got the Sodastream for Christmas and I am loving it. I just ordered Flavors off the website.

1st machine didn’t work and for the 2nd one to come and use it took me 15 days after my initial purchase

Was trying to get away from plastic and got stainless steel bottles. I was surprised that one had a plastic top, but since using it, the bottle feels solid and clean. The 2nd bottle we got has been outstanding!

I have been very happy with Sodastream and will continue to be a customer. The reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5-star is because on one cylinder exchange transaction, USPS apparently lost the returned cylinders (or something) because I got charged for cylinders that I returned well within the return period. I also dislike the fact that the return address labels are for USPS, which refuses to take the empty cylinders unless you wrap the box in paper to hide the contents - doesn't make much sense. Otherwise, all good!

Easy ordering, quick delivery and easy return of empties. There are several places to purchase and exchange the CO2 bottles however, I discovered the best choice is SodaStreams website. I tried Amazon’s exchange to get an Amazon gift card only to discover you pay $20 more on amazon over SodaStream and never receive the $15 Amazon gift card. Stay direct as the alternative deals are no deal!!

I’ve been a long time user Of Soda stream (at least 20 years) and never had an issue until I started using the online gas exchange. They repeatedly charged me for empty cylinders I returned. Strangely it would be for a portion of the ones I returned in the same box. So definitely they have issues in this area. I am looking at other options as a result but still like their diet ginger ale flavoring and haven’t found a good substitute so will still get some items. I’d prefer to do it all via stores though as I don’t trust the online fulfillment processes.

Charged for shipping even though I was told I ordered enough for free shipping. Not good will order from Amazon next time.

I love my soda stream and order frequently. But I don't like the new containers. The older ones I used the cap to measure. Now it's hit or miss if I get the right combo

I ordered these canisters with a box to return for used canisters. I received my full canisters very fast, probably 3 to 4 days. I simply put my used canisters back in the box which already had a USPS label attached closed it up, took him back to the post office, and there was sent back to the company. It was fast, convenientand a lot cheaper than when I was buying them in the store. Thank you for this this service soda stream. Julia P

Easier to just go to Safeway to swap cylinders, as it’s immediately exchanged for the same price. We received ‘new’ bottles that had zero CO2 in them…now even more of a hassle to deal with, as I need to call Sodastream to address this!

I wish I had found this earlier. Being able to exchange the gas bottles direct is not only cheaper, but it’s much easier. Very happy with the service.
