My package was damaged in transit and UPS paid the claim to Sodastream. It then took Sodastream over a month and a half to even respond to a single email or inquiry on my end. I'm still mad and will never use this service again.

Easy to exchange. However I do take them to the post office for a receipt as there will be a charge if the returns are not received

Hi, My SodaStream machine is the only appliance I keep on my small kitchen counter…. A “MUST HAVE” for me!!

I ordered the soda stream duo online and the website clearly indicated 30 days money back. When I received it is was very bulky and dies not fit in my cupboard. When I called customer service I was given the option of giving this away and receiving a small unit or being refunded 50% and keep it. I am not happy with what they have done and expected the company to honour their word and allow me to return it.

Bought it for my pepsi max obsessed brother for his birthday and he loves it!

I was a bit nervous about ordering syrups because I had several reviews of them arriving damaged. Definitely not the case here! Well packaged and arrived quickly. Just sorry that they are discontinuing Sodastream classics diet lemon lime because I wouldscontinue to order it.

Works better than I thought it would. But need the ability to buy more or a bigger water tank maybe one the size of the tank opening. ONE CON need to be able to buy more flavor connectors so I don’t have to wash dry an prime it ever time I want something different there’s 100’s of flavors an 2 connectors gotta remove a star for this.

My first E Duo arrived promptly and I enjoyed using it. When I changed the cylinder the first time, it no longer carbonated my water. I reached out to customer service and the sent my a video link so we could meet live and they could see what was going on. She had me change the cylinder again and it worked, so I thought. She said it still wasn’t working right and promptly sent out a new machine with 2 new cylinders and told me to keep all the old stuff. Wow! The new machine does work better but since it was my first purchase, I didn’t know the difference! I do now! Love my Soda Stream!

After my first exchange you claimed that I did not send the cylinders back, which is not true. I did. I did not save my receipt so I could not fight it. But I opened my eyes wide to see whaqt exactly you are doing. I decided to try again. This time I double checked everything and found that my address is incorrect on the return label. I tried hard but found no contact info on your website. I went to facebook and left a message. Somebody answered and said they fixed the return label and you will mail it to me. Gave me track number. After a week no info on the track I found a phone number and called !customer service!. She was rude but said the return label should not show my address, it is ok to have the NY address on it. I am just about to return the cylinders, but I am worried. Perhaps there was a wrong return label the first time, that is why you did not find my cylinders. I will mail it soon, hold on to the receipt tight and see what happens. If you cheat on me the second time I will report this to BBB, Bad experience so far.
