I've used sodastream for years even when my children were young.

Replacement canisters were shipped very quickly, and it's very easy to return used canisters with the pre printed return label.

Ordered as a birthday present for my son, in hope it stops him purchasing to many litres of pop with higher sugar content. He loves it, although syrups do not appear to be lasting long and become messy as they leak over work tops.

I love my sodastream. It is a big part of my daily life.

Well. That and I got a new machine and the bottles are not backwards compatible.

I purchased some syrup from Amazon. And unfortunately, I didn't use it until after the 30 days, they wouldn't accept it plus its food. So they don't accept it. The lady I talked to online was very helpful and very kind and she got me a new batch of syrup to replace my old batch. It was a box of four containers. I was worried the new syrup was not the same as the old because of the new bottles , but it seems to be fine. Another curious thing is I tried to take a c 02 cylinder back to best buy and they would not accept it. I had an older soda to stream machine which broke after 15 years. I bought a new one , and it uses different c 02 cylinders. I went back to Best Buy to exchange the old cylinder for a new cylinder. And they gave me a story about how they're not allowed to do that, because sodastream gives them a certain amount of pink and blue, and that turn back in that same amount, otherwise they get charged. After about an hour , the manager came over and replaced the cylinder. All of that should not have happened. I had called you guys on the phone. Prior to taking the cylinder back and the lady said it should be no problem. Boy was she wrong. Everything is good now, so I'm happy. Thank you very much

I accidentally submitted my order twice. But Soda Stream so graciously cancelled one of my orders. I was very appreciative of that.

Very easy website to use; fast shipping. I've been using their products @2 years now. My only complaint is when bottles are shipped singly, they aren't packed tightly and I always end up with one cracking, leaving syrup on everything. Some people just don't care.

Ordered the duo as really wanted a glass carafe. Works really well, makes perfect bubbles every time.

One of my syrup bottles spilled all over my shipment. I tried contacting them twice requesting a replacement and I even included pictures of the damaged packaging and I have not had a response in weeks. Will never be ordering syrups from them again.
