Very happy with the product had a leak spoke to customer service and they replaced it straightaway very happy with how they handled everything

My fault for not following up, but I mailed back 2 empty canisters and was charged for them because apparently tly they were never received.

When I have had any issues (& it's just been with the ordering platform) SodaStream customer service is excellent at responding and helping me navigate the issue.

I love mixing Soda Stream carbonated water with my electrolytes! I love the taste 🙂

Got it for Christmas and have been making soda ever since. I just love it.

I had ordered 2 exchange CO Canisters and in order to not have to pay postage, I also ordered replacement bottles. Unfortunately the replacement bottles did not fit my ancient machine. Sodastream promptly refunded the money I had paid for the bottles. I am very happy with this resolution.

My order came incorrectly. I ordered a sugar free starry and received one with sugar. The order also included a subscription of the 3 Carbon tank refills as im a new customer along with a new travel mug. This was all for Christmas so I understand this small oversight was probably because of Christmas break but I’m happy regardless with my new SodaStream!!!!

My family love your product, we stopped buying the various can bubbly and started making our own drinks.

I assumed when I purchased the Soda Stream that my family would enjoy it too. Well, they don't and I am the only one drinking the carbonated water. Hence, I am not able to empty two cartidges by the time you request me to send two back ! Can I send them back on my timeframe rather than yours ?

You have the best tasting rootbeer recipe! Not so much the "MUG" rootbeer but your Sodastream Rootbeer is fantastic. Thank you. Don't change your recipe ever!!!
