This was my first time ordering from Snackathon; they had an item that I had been buying regularly from Costco, but that is now discontinued. The bags of sliced almonds arrived quickly and were well packaged. I'm pleased

Too many crumbs in bag. I liked the snack, but it looks like I got whatever was left over after the machine was cleaned. I won’t be buying them again.

Grabbed a handful of raisinets and popped them into my mouth and bit down on what felt like a bunch of chocolate-covered pebbles... I then took out another bunch from the package and discovered that most of them were unpalatable and rock-hard. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed with this product.

I bought hi-chews maybe one year ago? anyway once i ate them like 2 months later i searched on google what are the made of and they were made of animal bones yuck!!!!!!!

I was expecting it had Cashews-Almonds-Pecans-Brazil Nuts-Macadamia Nuts as your photo showed, instead, I got Cashews-Almonds-Pecan-Pistachios.

I order a cocktail and when I received the back the cocktail was leaking out the through the box. When I open the box the bottle was broke and all of the cocktail leaked out.

I ordered cranberry jello and I received the pkg yesterday and today when I open it to my surprise it was strawberry NOT CRANBERRY

The sugar coating was a bit thick and I don't recall them having sea salt as part of the recipe. Not a fan of so much salt in sweets.

I did not get my order and nobody answered my email

While some of the crips were delicious... some had a very burnt taste although they just looked a bit more golden brown than the others. This made them taste bad. Pretty disapointed that the quality was not checked for the price of this item. People who follow a keto diet look forward to a crunch low carb snack like this. I would buy again if the quality was assured and the company didn't sell a burnt batch.

Good flavor and low in Carbs...

My co-worker makes these super good powdered pecan cookies and shares them with me every year and due to Covid and them being in the more vulnerable age, we couldn't see each other. Although, him and his wife have reached out to me and said they're preparing a batch for me for Christmas and would like me to pick it up - such a delight to be thought of :) Well, I've searched long and hard for similar cookies from different bakeries and stores, but this David's meltaway cookies is by far the closest to the homemade one. I've been craving for it and the first time I tried these, I was blown away. I was happy to have found the closest to my favorite cookies. My family enjoyed these too and I have ordered and we have finished 3 containers of these already in a span of less than 2 months. The price is better here than the actual site though. Now I'm bummed that these are sold out... did I wipe your inventory???? LOL Will definitely buy this again and again :)

My order usually arrives promptly but this one certainly did NOT. I'm still waiting on it. Very disappointed

I wrote an e-mail asking about the "best buy" date and received an answer within an hour! Prices were much lower than elsewhere. Shipping was fast. I will definitely be ordering again!

Why isn't there a phone number to call when emails are unanswered???

My order was processed and shipped quickly and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Sadly, I received the wrong item but I sent an email - on a Saturday - expecting not to hear from anyone until Monday but, I had a personal response and a refund within an hour of my initial email. So, not only have I found a new candy I enjoy which is tough to find in stores near me (bad for me, good for Snackathon and my trainer) but the phenomenal customer service will keep me a loyal customer. I have been buying the Kirkland signature Extra Fancy Salted Mixed Nuts for several months. They make an excellent snack - full of protein and not too high in carbs. But today I bought two canisters and found that neither one had any pecans, even though that is listed as one of the ingredients. So disappointed! Everything else about this product is great - but I do miss the pecans and they should not be listed as an ingredient if Kirkland isn't going to put any in the container.
