Bought a bag of dried young coconut, Paradise Green from Costco yesterday with high expectation that will be delicious but very disappointed about this product because it’s hard like a rock and super sweet for no reason. Want to return to Costco warehouse but unsure if it will be accepted once the package was opened.

Don’t buy anything from this company. I ordered 10 bags of Dove chocolate, which took over two weeks to come. They were not boxed well and the box was torn up. ALL of the chocolate was old and discolored. I wouldn’t even like to give any stars. Very disappointed and I am out a lot of money for a product that has to be thrown out. I won’t be buying from them again.😡

You can't find these in stores ANYWHERE, so I ordered from here because the price was the lowest I found!! The packaging, price, and delivery time was perfect! Delivery said 3 to 5 days i got them in 3 days and for free shipping. Price was the lowest even against Amazon!!! I will definitely be a return customer since the more I let people try the caramel, strawberry and chocolate panda cookies, the less I have for myself!! My advice if your gonna try these either hide them or order extra 😊, great company I will be a regular customer and am excited to try some of the other unique products ya'll carry, thank you for fixing my cravings😀 God Bless Always!!

I got the 35 oz bag of the Dried Mango slices and looked forward to nice, mango fruit but was disappointed that they had so much sugar on them. These would have been so much better plain. Please don't add nasty sugar.

My order was shipped USPS and arrived melted. They claim there was a notice about warm weather shipping. Why would you ship something by the slowest means possible and risk melting. Beware !!!!

Not only getting less, but paying more. EXTRA THIN stink..barely a wafer AND they do NOT taste the same! Where can I find "sensibly sweet sesame thins? 1.25 OZ. (35g)??

I ordered four bags because I love it that much! I just opened the last bag, and it is so hard I cannot even chew it. The other three bags were delicious. I emailed the company to ask for a new bag and I would send that bag back to them. They asked me to send them a picture of the expiration date. I just received an email today that due to the fact that it was not expired they will not exchange it for a fresh bag. I am highly disappointed with this company and would not recommend ordering from them.

The Salmon Jerky is very tasty and wonderful to have on hand . Thank you for such excellent service! There is no question about when your package will arrive you keep us updated. We were not disappointed with the jerky.

It only takes 90 seconds in the microwave and your dinner side dish is ready! A great substitute for potatoes on a dinner plate and add your meat and a fruit - dinner done in short order. I have tried other rice, coconut rice, and other mixed packages of rice and they all have a cardboard sub flavor. This is clean, fresh and not sticky .. will purchase more when available. A product that I always want to have and it is great for my EMERGENCY back up supply- It does not get 'old flavor' and would heat just as easily in a double boiler pan if there is no microwave available. Great product.

Do not buy online! I bought multiple bags—all crumbs. Insufficient packaging. Snotty response to my concerns.

BIG RIP OFF! I spent over 50 dollars on INNO FOOD Crackers. When I received them they were all smashed into little pieces. The mailing box had no protective wrap whatsoever. Have sent them two emails about this with NO response.

Some abalone pieces were really tough and chewy while others were tender as they should be. Until they improve, do not buy.

I placed an order for Christmas with enough time to deliver by Christmas. When the carrier never received the package from Snackathon I became concerned and contacted them. Oh, they were just out of the product I had ordered and paid for and I guess didn’t have the technology to know so that they could tell me when I ordered it. Instead, I found out through my own inquiry when it was too late to order anything else in time for Christmas. They did refund the order, but no compensation at Christmastime. It was a major bummer. First and last time I try Snackathon.

I wish whoever packages these up would add the hazelnuts back in them. They are good but I miss the hazelnuts.

I bought the black tea instant boba kit as well as the matcha. 2-3 hours after drinking the black tea boba I became violently ill. Some of the worst pain I’ve experienced. I thought maybe it was something else I ate. So I had the other flavor the next evening. It did the same thing!!!!! The following day I didn’t have any boba tea and I was fine. It’s so disappointing, it tastes really good. I’ll still be throwing the rest of the packets away. Buy at your own risk.

I have never regretted making a purchase more in my entire life!!!! My product was terrible and inedible. The customer service ignored all my emails and phone calls. I never write reviews but I had to so that I can potentially help anyone out. Learn from my mistake DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!
