Placed my order Nov 14th. Rec'd Dec 8th, not "quick shipping in my opinion". Emailed customer service twice rec'd auto reply "we usually answer within 12 hrs", still no answer. Oh, and only half my order has arrived at this point. Hopefully the other half will arrive soon.

I placed an order on September 8th, and they finally created a tracking number on September 24th. I started trying to contact them in mid October and now it is October 28th. I understand shipping delays, but this is an extreme delay with zero response from the company. I would love the items and ordered in spite of similar reviews, hoping that I would receive them but had to generate a paypal dispute so I could get my money back. I wish they would actually send out their orders or at least answer one of my many emails.

`Great product, but I don't know why you say it's a shaker. If I was to remove the lid and shake it out, the entire bottle would empty out. There is not a shaker type cap on this bottle. Seems misleading.

Do not waste your money here the products are cheap for a reason. Got sent and expired product and all the other ones where less than 2 months to be expired. Tried to reach out to the company for a refund and after a week still did not receive a response. Had to go directly through paypal for a refund.

I ordered two items and planned to order more when I ran out, but I never received the products nor any assistance or refund. I contacted them several times and no one bother to assist me. I wanted to use this company, because their prices were nice. I can’t buy the product I like except online. I will never buy from this company since I never received what I paid for!!!

Bought a regular item back in July, tried contacting them through by phone, and submitted request as to where is my order. They say they respond within 24 hours it’s been a month!!!! And still no response!

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order April 2025. Was suppose to be delivered in 3-4 days. Still have not received it and it is June! I have sent 7 emails telling them I never received the product and telling them they needed to refund me asap. I also called the number and left messages 2x. NEVER heard from anyone addressing the emails or the messages. This company is SHADY! Never order from them. Horrible customer service. They DO NOT care about customers! Such a disappointment!

I ordered from this company in April. It says it was delivered to my house which it wasn't. I called and went straight to voice mail. Left my name and phone number three times. I sent email also. No response. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I purchased the Sweet Potato sticks and found out it is made in CHINA. Will not buy again. Why do American companies process foods from China?
