Poor company, Poor Customer Service, Poor Shipping, This company is a scam company

February 3rd I received my order and unfortunately a few items are missing and a few of those that I received have a 2023 expiration date. I'm ordering online very often but never received an incomplete order and with expired products. I greatly care for the health of my family and receiving expired food products makes me very concerned. I want to be able to continue to order from your company, but I feel something should be done about this order to make my experience right.

I am so impressed with this company. I couldn’t find a product I have been searching for but this company has it. The tracking of this order was perfect. Each bottle was wrapped in sturdy bubble wrap . This is my second time to order this product and it arrived before expected. Love there service and care!

Tried to Contact the Company to process a return for the item ordered that was short dates and expired in less then 3 weeks. No response after a number of attempts via phone or email.

My problem started when I wanted to return my purchase. I made several calls, left messages, sent emails all going unreturned. Still haven't received any return calls or email a month after receiving my order.

It is ok if the crackers are broken up, we LOVE them!!! When can we get more? 5 stars for flavor.

Misleading Description of this Smoked Almonds and a few Cashews and pistachios honey roasted Nut "Mix". Too bad they don't provide the mixture they describe as they have a light honey roasted flavor that is delightful.

Products arrived when expected and in great shape! I appreciate the availability of bulk buying at better prices.

Old Trapper jerky was received in family size package was uneatable. Dry and tasteless. Also wrong product sent on same shipment for cashews. Left 1 message on their voice mail and sent 3 emails with no response. I will no longer order any products from this firm. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I waited a full week for my order to ship, and then finally emailed to ask when the shipment would be made. I was told that would happen in a few more days. Then, with no explanation or apology, my order was canceled. This is not a reliable site. I would stay away.

I made a purchase and received the correct items ordered but did not receive an invoice for the order. I have been emailing and calling Snackathon Foods since March 4, 2023 requesting an invoice and have yet to receive a response. It's very unsatisfactory for a company to say they will respond in 24hrs to customers and yet I've been waiting 6 days and counting. Product was great and would love to give a better rating but customer service is terrible.

Cookies smelled bad even outside the package and tasted horrible. We left several messages for Snackathon with no reply. Eventually contacted the manufacturer and found out that the cookies were out of date.

I slice it into strips when serving a charcuterie board. The flavor is wonderful. The spicy/sweet is perfection. Everyone loves it when they try it! I buy it ALL the time for low calorie snack. You must try it. I found it in PUBLIX (my fav place to shop!)

I just tried this to make a cup of hot chocolate and was more than pleasantly surprised. It mixes very well and really has a true chocolate flavor. I am really happy I decided to buy two bags. Well worth it.

I have been consuming this coffee for many years, I occasionally try other bean coffees but I find myself returning to this particular one. Unfortunaely, like with other things lately, that nasty inflation forces Costco to bump the price up every time I return to purchase. Hopefully prices will come down soon. Other than that, this medium roast makes a great cup of coffee.
