Hi, I ordered couple of items from the website and it was shipped through fedex. after couple of days I was notified as package was delivered but I didn't receive any package. I checked my camera that was located at the front of the house and see no one came to deliver the package. I contacted snackathonfoods and they did nothing about it and fedex said they delivered and we can't do anything about it. which is ridiculous.

I purchased this Seasoning from either BJ's Wholesale or Costco. I don't remember, but all I can say is I wish I had purchased at least 4 containers because it was very good. I used it on Chicken, fish and Beef. I've lookd for it and can't find it so I guess I have to go on line.

cannot get in touch with anyone and i would appreciate knowing when i will receive my order

I contacted them that I did not receive my package and they would only send me a tracking # that said "Delivered". Delivered where? Not to my house! The address on the order was correct. We work from home and have a Ring doorbell, it did not come here!

This are extremely bitter. I would not recommend.

I bought the dilettante chocolate covered ranier cherries at Costco. They are addicting. I was excited to find them at snackathon as Costco is no longer carrying the product, They were shipped the day after the order was placed which is exceptionally quick. Unfortunately, they shipped them via ontrac. I live less than 30 miles from the shipping address. I got a notice to expect delivery the next day. For 8 days, every evening ontrac changed delivery date to the next day. I received them 8 days after they were shipped. (8 days for less than 30 miles. someone could walk them here in 2 days). So love the chocolate cherries but the appalling shipping means I will look elsewhere for this product and I won't shop here again.

I never received my package ad without "cold" shipping nother is guaranteed. Misleading and bad customer service. Just waisted $35. They need to make it clearer and maybe call it insurance or something. Not very happy with this company!

I order yummy Huckleberry Licorice (when I discovered I didn't buy enough on vacation) super easy to order and super fast shipping. Will definitely be back again from other snack needs.

I bought this brand at a another store and they never moist. I have boiled them for 40 mins and they are still hard to eat.

We had looked everywhere to buy French's Cattleman's Kansas City BBQ sauce. Even Amazon didn't have it in stock. Then I found Snackathon Foods online and decided to give them a try. Ordered 4 bottles on 7/14 (a Thursday). Estimated delivery was 7/21-7/24. It arrived on our front porch today! (7/19-Monday). Packaging is next: Contents of box were wrapped in heavy paper, Then, each bottle was meticulously wrapped in the same paper. Very impressed! Needless to say, everything was intact and as advertised. We will definitely shop Snackathon again and suggest you do as well! PS: This IS an HONEST, REAL review. Sorry if a few customers weren't happy. WE are. Stuff happens.

I have been buying my licorice allsorts for a long time from Snackathon. They are so hard to find, but snackathon has them and at the best prices. Free shipping with a case of ten. I love my licorice

I have purchased my bark thins from so many different sources around the country mailed by regular mail, UPS all of the carriers and i always received in a few days and in perfect condition. THESE TWO BAGS WERE MELTED SOLID BLOCK. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS i know they give you the option for MORE MONEY TO SEND IT IN A COLD KEEPING WAY but i neer had to do that in the past with all my other sources. i think because i didnt buy the exra shipping fee they sent me two bags that they knew were melted DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. I WILL GO AND SPREAD THE WORD BECAUSE THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE AND SUCH A SCAM

My Dad pick me up a bag at Costco's and they are the best I have ever had. I am about ready for him to pick me up some more!!!!!

I ordered from them and they used On Trac as a shipper. The item was never delivered. Snackathon was no help in resolving the dispute with the shipper. I was never able to speak with a person after several attempts by phone and email and only received automated responses via PayPal. I will never order from them again. Poor service!

Why are you waiting several weeks before you ship my purchased items. The first bucket of Nutella had the foil seal broken while the top white plastic seal was still protecting the Nutella. I wish you would expedite all my shipments so I can get them tomorrow. And why won’t you make sure that chocolate orders are properly prepared and shipped with cold packs. If Amazon and Walmart are doing it well. Why don’t you do what all sellers do and ensure that you include customer satisfaction becomes your personal mantra? At least give me a better discount for being a veteran. I’m so ticked off that my Nutella buckets will not be delivered today nor tomorrow. You haven’t called me back at all from any voicemail, and emails. If I don’t get my food products by Friday, I will be contacting the BBB about how much your business is lacking in shipping the orders I have paid for.

I love these so much I traveled into another state looking for them! I'm addicted to them lol, I lucked out I ordered them when I did cause now they are out of them :( I have not yet had the pleasures of trying the peanut butter ones yet I'll have to try them if and when they come back into stock...

i bought this comes with 12 and let me tell you these are the worst pickles ever i threw them in the garbage they are awful tasting

I received my 2 jars of Kirkland Macadamia Sea salt caramel clusters 3 days after the delivery date and they were completely melted together and after trying to salvage something from the mess that I received late I was left with a bag of useless nuts without chocolate on them. If they were on time they may not have been melted.
