Great topper. Jersey cover could be complimentary or included in the price in my opinion. I did not read carefully to note that warranty was only five years instead of 10? years for the regular size mattress. Not sure how the topper cannot get the same warranty where the full mattress would have much complexities that could go wrong. Hope there is a discounted replacement program down the road in five years!

The matress topper arrived perfectly packaged with the cover already in place. We both sleep so much better since adding the topper. My only complaint, and this is 100% on me, is I wish I had gotten the luxury cover. The jersey cover traps too much heat! Beside that, I am very happy with my purchase

Purchased a shredded foam pillow, 3" soft topper; twin latex medium mattress. Unfortunately, none of these items worked well for me. HOWEVER I DO want to say that Sleep On Latex is THE BEST in Customer service! No issues returning the mattress or receiving my full refund. NO HASSLES WHATSOEVER! After having a hybrid spring mattress for the past 8 years, and a lot of pain, we decided we needed something firmer that could better support our bodies. After TONS of research, we came across Sleep On Latex and the years of excellent reviews sold it for us. We just finished up the second week and holy moly sleep is better than ever. ordered (2) twins, and their lengths are different. one is about 5 inch longer than the other one.

The dry cleaner shrunk my old cover so badly I couldn't use it. I emailed about buying a new one. The response was immediate even though it was close to end of day, they sent me an invoice, I paid, and it was shipped out within days. Fantastic service!! Thank you so much!! (:
