I could not be more happy with this topper! We have gone through 3 or four beds, then found a firm bed we liked, then I thought it was too firm. Tried a memory foam topper and while it was comfortable you just sunk into it and I felt I was not getting the benefits for my back and the reason I like a firm mattress in the first place. So we found this! I am glad I called, the person was super helpful and suggested a thickness and softness. And I love it! No more sinking in, no more too firm mattress. This nailed the feeling I was looking for!

If you know a little bit about latex mattresses they’re made basically by baking tree sap into a mattress. This process creates inconsistent firmness ratings from any manufacturer. I had ordered a firm king mattress but it was too unsupportive although we loved the material. We messaged support and they searched for a couple weeks for me until they found a firm mattress replacement that met above usual firm criteria. We like a mattress to be only squishy enough to not hurt the bones and joints. We’re happy now, I hope I can get this same quality for the rest of my life.

Our mattress has been too hard. Due to its stiffness, my husband with a bad back couldn’t sleep past a certain amount of time since his back would start to hurt. His sleep tracker showed his rem sleep in red everyday. Ever since we received this topper, his rem sleep has been in the green and he can now sleep for as long as he wants to without any back pain. What a quick and easy dramatic fix. Wish we bought it sooner. Thank you for providing such a great product.

I have to admit I was nervous about buying a new mattress, especially a latex mattress. It's a huge commitment and one never knows what to expect. Before ordering the sleep on latex mattress I talked to two of my daughters, both whom had purchased from this same company. They both said they loved their mattresses, so I decided to go ahead and give it a try. The people at Sleep on Latex were so kind and promptly emailed me back with answers to all my concerns. After I ordered my mattress they kept me informed as to it's progress, sending me unboxing instructions and letting my know when it would arrive. When it came I followed the instructions and it went so smoothly. A latex mattress is a very different feel than a pillow top spring mattress, that's for sure. It took me a couple nights to adjust, and after two weeks I was convinced. This was the most comfortable mattress I had ever slept on. My hips no longer ached during the night. My back felt great in the morning. I could actually climb out of bed in the morning with no pain. Besides that I find I am sleeping through the night more consistently. I will never go back to a "normal" mattress.

Shipping was fast and product gave good support without being hot.

Everything great. From product to shipping - came in four days to the west coast, one day early from projected delivery date. Also I like that the mattress is wrapped in paper, and the mattress and the pillows are of very very good quality.

Layered right. Have owned latex from European Sleepworks in Berkeley and Sleep like a Bear. This is my new go to for latex. Add a topper for a little more side sleeping if on a flat platform or if you're 1/2 a century old or more like me.

I will never sleep on another pillow again. I used to think I liked feathery pillows you could smoosh into any shape you wanted but I'm changed forever. This thing cradles my head and neck like I'm a newborn and this pillow is my mom.

I originally bought one of their medium queen mattresses back in 2020 and loved it. It’s a bit on the firm side for a medium, but topped with a soft mattress topper it’s perfect. I’ve tried both 2” and 3”, both are amazing. I’m a 170 lbs male who sleeps on all sides - back, left/right side, and stomach with a preference for back. Currently using the 3” for this purpose and love it. I put my mattress in a climate controlled storage for 2 years while I traveled and when I came back, there was some sort of moisture/humidity issue and a bunch of my stuff got moldy, including my latex mattress! I was bummed because I loved the mattress so much. it got me through Covid and helped me get over a bout of persistent insomnia. I didn’t think it would be covered by their warranty since it wasn’t exactly an issue with their product or manufacturing. Sara from customer service was great. She agreed that it might not be covered, but agreed to have her managers look at it anyway. It wasn’t covered by the warranty, but they were kind enough to give me a huge discount on a new one! Thanks again Sara! Love the new mattress, topper, and pillow!

We now own two Sleep on Latex mattresses and will own a third soon. Our mattresses came quickly and we loved how all packaging was plastic free. The mattresses are very comfortable and without any chemical smells at all, which makes us comfortable allowing our children to sleep on them right away and that is definitely a refreshing thing this day and age. Also, customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!

I ordered the 2 inch soft since I got back pain from how firm my memory foam mattress was. This was a perfect remedy! Soooo soft, no smell, very happy!
