I bought the "three inch soft topper" to help with a futon that was way too hard. The topper did the job perfectly. It was not too soft and just what I needed to allow my muscles and body to rest and recover. I think the "medium" would have been too firm for me. . . . . I am very pleased with my 2 inch topper from Sleep on Latex. my mattress is very firm and had served me well, but over the last year or two joint pressure at night has been causing me to flip like a pancake from side to side trying to get away from shoulder and hip pain. Chiropractor, massage therapist, everyone asked me if I was sleeping on a mattress that was too soft. No! I was sleeping on a mattress that was too hard, and once I got to sleep on a pillow top mattress at another person's house for a week, I realized it. Sleep on Latex offered very good information and transparency on their product and processes, and provided a practical solution for a return in case the topper didn't work for me. I am very glad that I ordered this product. I sleep at least an hour longer each night, because I don't have to get up early to get away from the pain of being in bed. I'm a 69 year old woman with joint and back issues, but I was able to bring in the box, unbox the topper and get it on the bed all by myself. Then I got up on it, and I don't think I moved again for about half an hour. I'm very glad I got this, and would recommend it to anyone who is experiencing pain from pressure against joints at night. AND they have not been pestering me with email advertisements and demands for review. I did write this review in response to a request, but I've been sleeping on the topper for about a month and this is the first review request I've gotten. Sweet.

I bought a soft latex mattress topper because my hips were giving me problems. My hip issues continued so I asked my physical therapist her opinion. She told me the mattress topper was too soft. So I called Sleep on Latex and explained the situation. Even though it was past the return period, the person helping me said I could exchange my soft pad for a medium pad (she said that was probably what I needed), and pay the extra nominal fee. Shipping was really fast. She sent me a box and label to return my soft topper and sent me the medium topper at the same time. She was right, the medium worked like a charm the first night. I am so grateful to Sleep on Latex for their expert advice and generosity in letting me exchange the soft for the medium. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!

I learned about SleepOnLatex from Reddit due to the owner’s impeccable customer service. I am so glad to be another SOL customer. My mattress was WAY too hard prior to getting this topper. Now, I get ample cushion on my joints while still feeling stable and supported. Plus, there was no off-gassing after I unwrapped the topper. I put it right on my bed with no problem. Would buy it 100x over.

The shipping was okay. The mattress and pillow have not been working for me as I described in what I submitted.
