Somehow when I paid online my google pay account inserted an old address. I contacted support and they got back to me right away and tried to change the shipment address. Unfortunately, it was to late to reroute. We were able to get the package held, and SleepON sent me a new package and arranged to have the old one shipped back to me. The pad arrived in great shape, well packaged, and so far has been wonderful to sleep on. This order could have been a costly mistake for me, but they took care of everything to make it right.

We were looking for a firm mattress that would accommodate our sleeping preferences (side and back) and we couldn't be happier. We both sleep well and I feel like my spouse's snoring has decreased too.

This mattress is worth it! I was debating for a long time on spending the money, because it’s expensive. But my partner and I have never slept so well together. We got the medium firmness which is perfect, and allows us both sleep on our backs much more. The sustainability aspect of the bed is what sold it to me in the end, and knowing that there is a 20 year warranty!

Latex is the best material for mattresses hands down. Other foams to do not compare to the responsiveness and comfort of latex.
