Delivery was quick and they asked if we wanted them to take away the packing material, which was nice. We ended up not needing the topper we ordered and returning was incredibly simple. Great product and great service

Excellent bed and service

I had previously bought the 2" soft topper for my stiff queen mattress, and it helped a lot, but didn't leave quite enough room for my shoulders to sink. The 3" is perfect; the 2" will go on the guest bed. Soft is a great choice as it still compresses well before your shoulders and hips touch the bed. Since it's latex, it's still quite springy and dense. I weigh 190 lbs so the denseness conforms perfectly to me, but my (thin) wife seems equally happy--though she was happy with the 2" too.
