Ordered recently a topper , all arrived in perfect condition, great quality ! Sadly ,my back did not agree with it . It felt great but just something didn't fit . Asked for refund . The communication was spot on, they mailed me a box with FedEx label, all done painlessly . Very thankful for quality product and outstanding customer service!

This will be the third time I have bought a latex toppers. They are so much better than the memory foam (that doesn’t remember for long) and made me sweat. Latex has held up for years and doesn’t give off an odor or make me hot.

My 2018 mattress cover had a strong barn yard smell when it arrived, so I removed it. Always wanted a new one, but was afraid of getting another smelly one. Now it’s 2026, my mattress is in perfect shape, and I really wanted a new cover. I called to inquire if a replacement was something that I could even buy…was delighted to learn that yes, they do sell them! Also delighted to learn that they had changed vendors. Sara, The Customer Care Specialist, was so knowledgeable and helpful! She told me that if I wasn’t happy with it, I could return it! Happy to tell you all, that the replacement fit perfectly, and it doesn’t smell like a barn yard! Going on two months now, Love it! Thank you Sleep on Latex, and thank you Sara! Best pillow ever! Got rid of my neck pain on the first day!

I spent so much money on a firm mattress, yet it was too firm and my hips started bothering me. This mattress cover solved my hip problems and created a comfortable rest for me. It also doesn't make you super hot while sleeping. Such a great buy!

Such great pillows!!! Both the formed and the shredded latex, as we have both. The shredded is a bit thicker & firmer than the formed ones. My husband loves that, but the other 7 of us prefer the formed ones. Fantastic options either way!

Great customer service! The 3”’medium on top of 2” firm is a little firmer than desired and I know it’s subjective preference and not easy to predict. Very good business to work with.

I first bought one for the king bed and then had to get one for the full bed in the guest room. Super comfortable and I aired them both for a couple of days and haven’t had any issues. Relieves a lot of my hip pain when I lie down. Ordering and shipping was easy and fast.

The mattress topper is great except for the smell, which I had to use baking soda and a nontoxic spray and let it air out for hours multiple times for the smell to go away

Was skeptical of ordering a mattress blind but after reading the great reviews, I decided to take the risk. I am 6 foot, 180 lb and partner is 5'5", 120 lb and we ordered the medium firm mattress Was worried about all the reviews saying how it feels like sleeping on the ground, but I absolutely love the medium firm. It is a firm mattress but it is highly supportive and comfortable. It has been very good on my back and I honestly love sleeping in it. It's been about 3 weeks and no complaints. There was no off gassing, which is a huge plus It is extremely heavy, but fortunately SOL offered a fedex freight set up service where 2 fedex employees were able to carry it up the steps for me for an extra $50 charge. This was a pretty reasonable price and was very much needed/appreciated On top of all this, nothing but great things to say about the customer service. Very helpful and always pick up the phone. Would highly recommend this company. Very happy customer. Will definitely purchase again and recommend to anyone
