I originally bought one of their medium queen mattresses back in 2020 and loved it. It’s a bit on the firm side for a medium, but topped with a soft mattress topper it’s perfect. I’ve tried both 2” and 3”, both are amazing. I’m a 170 lbs male who sleeps on all sides - back, left/right side, and stomach with a preference for back. Currently using the 3” for this purpose and love it. I put my mattress in a climate controlled storage for 2 years while I traveled and when I came back, there was some sort of moisture/humidity issue and a bunch of my stuff got moldy, including my latex mattress! I was bummed because I loved the mattress so much. it got me through Covid and helped me get over a bout of persistent insomnia. I didn’t think it would be covered by their warranty since it wasn’t exactly an issue with their product or manufacturing. Sara from customer service was great. She agreed that it might not be covered, but agreed to have her managers look at it anyway. It wasn’t covered by the warranty, but they were kind enough to give me a huge discount on a new one! Thanks again Sara! Love the new mattress, topper, and pillow!

We now own two Sleep on Latex mattresses and will own a third soon. Our mattresses came quickly and we loved how all packaging was plastic free. The mattresses are very comfortable and without any chemical smells at all, which makes us comfortable allowing our children to sleep on them right away and that is definitely a refreshing thing this day and age. Also, customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!

I ordered the 2 inch soft since I got back pain from how firm my memory foam mattress was. This was a perfect remedy! Soooo soft, no smell, very happy!

Top notch customer service! Best, most comfortable latex topper I've slept on(and I've tried and returned several others from other manufacturers)! I explained to the customer representative what my situation is, and she suggested a topper that I wouldn't have chosen on my own. It is the best I've tried. Perfect right out of the box! Really helped my back

I "built" my bed layer by layer using Dunlop latex - and - I soooooo wish I'd found Sleep On Latex at the beginning rather than at the end of my "building. " I bought my other layers from another company and while I have no complaints with that company, I could tell immediately that the layer I received from Sleep On Latex was a better quality and absolutely zero off gassing. So - when I need replacement layers, I'm sticking with Sleep On Latex. OK - so that's all about the product. How about their communication, accessibility to needy customers, etc. ? Again - I so wish I'd found them at the beginning of my project rather than at the end. The people at Sleep On Latex are what I would call "throw back" owners/staff. What I mean by that is historical. I'm from the old "proprietorship" days of the 50s - my family owned and operated a business as did everyone else in town. There were no chains other than Sears & Roebuck. Customer service often meant educating a customer so that they could make a good choice for their needs, even if it meant they wouldn't buy from you. There was accountability and responsibility. Today - business on the internet is largely up to a customer doing their research and then finding a vendor who sells what they are looking for. Speaking with a staff member in today's marketplace more often than not will not provide a customer with more education/information, the staff member is simply answering a call to make a sale. That's not the way it is with Sleep On Latex - these people remind me of how it used to be during the 50s when you went into a store to buy something and were met by a store clerk who loved what they were doing, knew all about the product they were selling, and was happy to spend whatever time you needed, answering questions, providing information in order to make a decision. Sleep On Latex is not typcial of today's vendors - they are passionate about what they're doing, and it shows.

I bought the Pure Green Natural Latex Mattress Topper With Luxury Cover - King / 3" / Soft (Talalay) topper for a memory foam mattress that was too firm and hot for me. I am 6’4” 215lbs. Mainly stomach/side sleeper. I love this topper. It’s very soft but not too soft. I don’t sink into it like I would a memory foam topper. It’s much cooler than the memory foam bed we were sleeping on. Haven’t woken up with any back/hip pain to indicate it’s too soft for me. My wife who is much smaller and a dedicated back sleeper has been enjoying the topper also. Fast shipping. Would buy again

Amazing products and more importantly amazing company

I purchased a 2" medium topper to alleviate pain in my shoulder and hip caused by too firm of a mattress. I contacted Sleep on Latex about a latex topper after determining that I needed a latex vs memory foam topper. The memory form was not only too hot but I also had back pain with it due to the sinking nature of the foam. I choose Sleep on Latex partially because I liked that they use organic and natural materials. Customer service at Sleep on Latex is great. They were easy to reach by phone and assisted in selecting possible options. Although the first topper was not a perfect answer they were great with a quick, no charge exchange. No shoulder, hip or back pain with my 2" medium topper. Best sleep in a while.

We love it! It added just the right comfort for us. Our mattress was too soft, so we went with the firm topper and its so supportive and comfortable. The combo is perfect. Really great product. Would recommend.

Great quality, but that's what I expected based on previous purchases of a mattress, mattress toppers, and other pillows. Love this company and its products.
