Disappointing

I love my new mattress topper. It is so soft and comfortable. One of my friends has ordered one. Thank you for the fast delivery.

This is the second mattress topper I’ve bought after being so impressed with the first one. The first was for our RV which is like sleeping on a rock. Decided to invest in a second instead of buying brand new mattress. Both toppers are the 2” medium and they are perfect for me as a side sleeper. Never too hot or cold. Holds it shape, just enough support without feeling like you are sinking.

The two delivery men were not as prepared as they could've been to handle the amount of weight that's involved in lifting the box. I had to quickly gather up and lay down several throw rugs to help protect the wooden floor but they made a few scratches anyway since I only had a limited time to cover the floor. I was expecting that the box would be light enough to be carried. The delivery men weren't prepared with covers of their own or any type of dolly.

Love it! No more painful pressure points!

The zipper cover is impossible to get on and the slabs don’t align, they’re cut unevenly. Wouldn’t recommend.
