I'm not a fan of AI chats, but Sleeplay's is actually helpful.

Despite requiring my prescription for the purchase the device arrived new in box without configuration. I need to find instructions for setting the device to my required sleep settings. it's still sitting on the kitchen counter rather than being used because of this disappointing flaw in the purchase.

It has been a good experience from tracking order to follow-up questions been answered once received.

Easy and Fast!

I bought this for travel and it is very small and seems to work great. My only concern is the lack of accessories, specifically a charging cord that I can plug into my car. Other than that - great and Sleeplay was great to deal with, ver good pricing and fast delivery.

The customer service and online order platform are excellent. They were super responsive with set questions and when i needed to switch from no se pilosa to a mask.
