I had a great experience, the 11 is great. Only issue I needed the climate line hose with oxygen. But it was out of stock I was told once it’s in stocked I would be able to replace it

I had to exchange my mask, and that was simple to do, but I got conflicting emails regarding the return of the original mask. I also placed an order for supplies, but when I opened the package, I was shorted an item. Again, it was resolved, but it took a phone call and time.
