I used , and paid for, your 2 day option. At the latest, it should've been here Dec. 24th. It is still not here and won't be until Dec. 29th. If your carrier is unable to deliver on time, use another carrier that can. If it's the area, please inform your customers that of the areas where 2 day delivery won't work. Very disappointing to see my husband not able to get good sleep and struggling. Not what was paid for.
