Excellent company, great prices during holiday sales, very responsive customer service when contacted, but slow on getting orders shipped. I’ve looked at other companies and decided that I will continue to do business with this company, but I would like to see them concentrate more on getting the products shipped more expeditiously.

I'd been waking up in the middle of the night out of fear that my water would run dry and end up breathing in the burning metal from the heated plate, which was happening more often now that my device is a year old. This device has relieved my worries as it replenishes the reservoir when it goes below the designated line. No more worries about forgetting to fill it either. It was worth the money.
