They helped me find exactly what I needed, made a modification, (Free return & package replacement) so I could trail a purchase and be sure, without having to buy sizes, (which I didn't have to use anyway) and reduced the price of shipping to be appropriate to the size, shape, weight, and frequency of replacement. Other sites refuse to sell only the small pillow part by itself. So they won't get my continued patronage, and Sleeplay will.
