The mattress is pressed in a box which makes it is easy for delivery and the service is good.

Excellent shopping experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store was well presented, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The vase and magnolia flower are beautiful and great quality. I’m very happy with my purchase and would happily shop at James Lane again.

The Maribyrnong store was great. Delivery was also very smooth.

The after sale service was a minus because I had to constantly all to get an update on my delivery when it past the due date - I was then told it would further delay by 3 weeks

We are very happy with our purchase from James Lane. It arrived in store for pick up promptly.

Overall a good although unavoidably disappointing. We were asked to move our delivery time for another customer, which we had to deny as we were moving into a new home. We were then contacted by a different sales person to say an error had been made and that they had to move our delivery to a later date. To us it seemed abit of the nose to what had actually occurred. We then requested a reduced or removed delivery fee which we were told they would look into with no real response Indicating yes or no. Finally when delivered was told they could assemble for a cash fee… I spent thousands on the couch - much could be improved.
