I purchased my cushion in store. Very happy.

Very punctual and great with communication of delivery times. Also the two dudes just straight up carried two boxes to the door, one of them was 75kg lol

The sales person was lovely and seemed knowledgable. The discount offer of $50 is not that useful - aside from the bedroom suite, there is very little else in the store that I would want to purchase.

Unfortunately the chair paint had not been sealed properly unlike the chair at the display store. Black paint was rubbing off on clothing. The first time the chairs were returned for replacement at my cost. The replacement chairs had the same problem. James Lane organised pickup and refund of this lot of chairs. We ended up going with a different brand. Given the paint issue happened twice, I can not recommend these chairs but that is not a direct fault of James Lane who were professional throughout the sale and aforementioned issues.
