The customer service was not what I expected given what amazing products James lane stock. Multiple staff told us the wrong information and were adamant the covers weren’t changeable - even though it states changeable on the signs in the store. Research online showed they were changeable. The poor service continued through the experience and in the future I’ll Order from James lane online.

We are new to Toowoomba and have been looking around everywhere for furniture that suits our life style. Yesterday we walked into James Lane in Toowoomba to find a store full of lovely furniture displays, giving me lots of great ideas!. The two staff members Michelle and Jodi were so friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice with colours, styles of lounge suites that would suite etc. We left there feeling very happy with what we purchased. Finally I have found a shop I want to revisit and buy more!! Thanks Michelle and Jodi.

We’re really happy with the sofa itself—it’s very comfortable—and the delivery was on time. However, we paid for delivery and assembly, and the service was disappointing. The team just put the covers on without properly securing the straps around and between the cushions, leaving everything loose and messy. We ended up having to take it all apart and fix it ourselves, which defeats the purpose of paying for assembly.

But was set up quickly and rubbish removed but hydraulics installed incorrectly. Bed lift got stuck. Was installed upside down.

We have a 3. 5 deep comp sofa and it’s extremely comfortable and I was really happy with customer service and delivery. We have had our sofa for just on two years and the slip cover has stayed to rip and tear. After reaching out to customer service I was disappointed to learn the slip covers only have a 12 month warranty and a life span of 18-24 months. Not sure I would recommend this product.

I had a wonderful experience at Sleeping Giant. Maria served me, and she was absolutely amazing. It’s rare to come across customer service like hers these days. She was very kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. It was our Eid celebration , and they had plenty of sweets available, which really made my day even better. The item mmis very comfortable but we have had issues with connector clips that where poorly fitted in the factory QA needs some investigation, we will have waited over 3 weeks for this tonewftified once they come to resolve the issue.

I needed a new couch but am not great at the design element. I went in and Nicola (North Lakes store) was so helpful! I came back with pictures of my lounge room and she helped me pick the perfect lounge set! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Nicola was so lovely and patient with me! I get my lounge delivered next week and can’t wait 🙏

I would highly recommend sleeping giant. Instore staff so helpful. The delivery service brilliant. I was notified of the estimated time of delivery the day before. And on the day of delivery a tracker was sent to my phone. Would purchase at Castle Hill again.
