We like James Lane. We had already purchased our lounge suite, hall entrance table, and a couple of other items from James Lane . Happy with the service. Again a bit pricy but they were the items we wanted after looking at numerous stores.

Very easy to deal with

I had a wonderful experience with James Lane, I shopped at the Macgregor store and the service was impeccable. Ari was super lovely, friendly and helpful. The delivery was outstanding, both David and Michael were extremely professional. Even vacuumed my floor after unpacking. Highly recommend all the above mentioned.

The customer service was not what I expected given what amazing products James lane stock. Multiple staff told us the wrong information and were adamant the covers weren’t changeable - even though it states changeable on the signs in the store. Research online showed they were changeable. The poor service continued through the experience and in the future I’ll Order from James lane online.
