Good service, easy collection

We recently visited James Lane at Caringbah and were lucky enough to be served by Amanda and Kathryn. They were absolutely amazing! Both were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. They went above and beyond to help us and provided fantastic customer service. We struggled to get the coffee table into the back of the SUV but by unpacking it, it fitted. Thanks to the two James Lane guys who helped. We also had to put it together which was not as easy as we first thought. And one piece of the structure was shorter than the other. But it is heavy enough to remain in place and we have had no problems since.

By far the comfiest couch I have ever sat on. Appreciate the removable covers to wash and keep clean. Great service from the team, they’re not pushy and simply want to help. Our chosen fabric (Tribute Ice) meant it was in stock for immediate delivery which is even better. One of the best purchases I’ve made.

Campbelltown store is huge with a large range of products. Sales lady helped us choose the best queen mattress for us. She listened to our needs, had patience as we tried a few different varieties and guided to what was most suitable for us. Shipping and removal of our old mattress was great too. Thank you
