Very good service from the Alexandria Store - we do not speak English. The Salesperson, Eddie - was patient with us in our selection of a very good Somerset mattress.

This is the second time I’ve purchased from SG and there will be a third. The tracking system is awesome and both sets of delivery drivers we have had were so polite, efficient and took care to unpack and remove everything. The quality is very solid and I’m a very happy repeat customer.

Seamless from the purchase to the delivery - the delivery was amazing I live on the first floor in an apartment block - the driver practically carried it on his own

Super professional, lovely person to deal with and made sure we were happy and chose exactly the right furniture for our new house. Above and beyond any customer service we've ever received, particularly when furniture shopping can be so stressful with so many options out there. Some great products you can't find in other stores. Bought an A&S mattress from Sleeping Giant Castle Hill. Great service and advice in the shop. Delivery service was excellent. Kept me informed of expected time and service was quick. Used the Sleeping Giant collection and recycle service for our old mattress.
