Massive shout out to Naaz at the Castle Hill store! She helped my aunt and uncle pick out the perfect mattress, bedframe and headboard for their new place. She even very kindly stayed back past closing time to help them put in the order so they wouldn’t need to come back another day. Thanks again Naaz!

The staff were helpful and knew exactly what to show me based on what I described as my preferences. They were incredibly patient while I waited to be able to move into my new house, touching base with me for regular updates but never appying any pressure fro me to take delivery. The delivery and installation were seamless and efficient. I was extremely impressed by my whole experience with Sleeping Giant and its personnel.

Very friendly and attentive staff the young gentleman that served me was only new but he was very enthusiastic. I just wished you had one up at Coffs Harbour where I come from.
