It’s plump too, and it’s my favorite pillow to hug, it does a great job dispersing heat too, so it doesn’t warm up too badly!

Shopping/buying experience was a breeze. Appreciated that someone called to confirm details. Mattress wasn’t quite as difficult to install as I had feared but definitely a 2 person job. My only quibble: there’s no indication which side is soft/firm. I think we are using the firm side (based on clues from the internet), just because it’s the side that was up when we flopped it onto the bed frame. Will eventually call to ask, but are giving this side a try for a while. Very comfy and a huge upgrade for us, love the natural materials in and out.

The free pillows that came with our bed are beautiful. I didn’t expect the very nice zippered covers they came with, very happy. But they only get 4 stars from me because they are too fat for me to comfortably sleep on. Great as backrests for reading in bed, though!

I was not sleeping as well on my 10year old SleepEZ mattress as in the past. I called and Jim helped me on my purchase. I bought the topper to replace the top Talalay layer of my original mattress in the same 1/2 med & 1/2 soft combo. It was delivered promptly. I unwrapped & swapped out the top Talalay layer. It expanded fully with no chemical odors. I was back to a good night’s sleep that night. I highly recommend SleepEz.

I did goof on the firmness, for my 200 lbs I should have purchased the soft, but this will work, and I'm sure there will be a little break-in period and summer heat will soften it up also. The topper is great ,,,but get it with the cover, the ones you buy online tend to run small, and you will have to make do or cut your topper to size and the grippiness of the Dunlop will make it a struggle to install. Worked perfectly as a replacement for our sleep number bed topper, 2" allows us to adjust the sleep number properly!

I have a lot of chronic pain and this is the ONLY pillow that has ever worked for me and continues to maintain its quality long term!!

My wife and I were both having problems with the mattress we had purchased. Sleep EZ told me to remove it from the bed and send them pictures of it. He said if it is the mattress, we will make an adjustment on it. I preferred to try a topper rather than do all the moving. We are still having back problems, but the topper definitely added comfort to our bed. Very nice people to do business with.

This foundation was so well made that the handyman that put it together for me commented on it! He said it was the first time he had ever seen real wood in a foundation. It supports the mattress perfectly, and even allows kitties to play underneath! (or you could store things underneath)

This new mattress is wonderful! I love that it has two firmnesses, because the firm side is very firm, and I prefer a softer mattress (but the firm side will be perfect for guests). The mattress feels like it is high quality and well made. I'm very happy with the purchase. There is a slight smell, but nothing offensive, and I'm sure it will be gone soon.

This is the best protector I've used. It's easy to put on, and the material is of good quality. It doesn't retain heat at all which helps for hot sleepers.

Best sheets I've ever used used! They are soft and durable, and don't retain too much heat as I tend to be a hot sleeper.

Love this pillow. It’s fairly firm. I took about 1/4 of the stuffing out and it was perfect.

I am a back sleeper with neck pain. The low loft is perfect for me. It feels very soft on my head, offers just enough neck support for me. I love that it bounces back and never needs fluffing. It took me two nights to adjust to it, both nights I woke up sore, but by the third night, I was adjusted and have been sleeping pain free. There was no smell on the pillow right out of the box. I highly recommend if you are looking for a soft, bouncy pillow.
