Love the versatility of these mattresses. We bought our first 10” mattress almost 16 years ago. Just converted it to a 13” mattress with a new cover and extra 2” mattress and it’s like a brand new mattress!!

The salespeople were super easy to speak with, and the second time I called I spoke with an employee that’s been with the company for about 20 years and he answered every single question that I had. I have back issues and need a super firm bed so I had a lot of questions about the firmness of the mattress. Also had questions of the differences between Dunlop and Talalay latex. By the end of the call, I knew exactly what I needed to order. Very satisfied with the customer service!

The foundation was pretty easy to assemble – each of the legs corresponded to a number on the foundation itself so all you had to do was match the numbers.

Got my son and I each a pillow, we love them! Pretty comfortable so far! There is a very slight smell when I fluff the pillow, which is to be expected I guess, but otherwise there's no smell! Firmness is great!

Mattresses are well made and the build chart based on height, weight and how you sleep is spot on! We did the top 2 layers talalay latex to make them softer and they are just right!

Service and shipping were great. They called and left me a voicemail to keep me updated on the status of the order. It did take about 2 weeks to get it in, assuming because I ordered during peak/sale timing. Very impressed with the company and the quality of my mattress. Was hoping for a springy firm mattress, got the latex topped mattress. I got just what I needed, very comfortable, worth it for the upgrade from the original mattress that was in the camper. A slightly snug fit but no complaints. Feels like it will be great lasting quality. Sleep quality has improved.
