Shipping was very fast. I also ended up accidentally ordering the wrong size but I was able to call quickly and change the size before it shipped, and even got a small refund for the difference in price. Customer support was very helpful.

I had an old used mattress I thought about replacing, but I honestly love it because the springs are pretty much compressed which makes the mattress very firm (my preference). It’s very supportive but it’s too hard to the point where there is no pressure relief. I wanted to get a firm latex mattress but didn’t have the budget for that at the moment. Decided to get this topper and it completely transformed my bed. I still have my firm supportive mattress underneath, but now have this extremely comfortable latex topper on top that relieves all pressure. My wife prefers softer beds and she absolutely loves this, it’s the perfect middle ground for both of us!

My husband and I bought 2 twin all extra firms layer of 13” 100% Natural Latex Mattresses because it’s much easy to setup. I love it. No more pain medicine every night.

Both my husband and I love these! We toss and turn all night and this is eliminated the need for two pillows. Plus they don't smell like most latex or memory foam pillows. Highly recommend them!

I bought one each for my husband and I and they've been fantastic. We both are side sleepers and back sleepers and roll back and forth all night doing it. This is been helpful and not having to use a couple different pillows to achieve the same outcome. And they have no smell unlike most memory foam or latex pillows. Highly recommend them!

My wife and I bought this to replace our aging Temperpedic mattress. This mattress is fantastic! One aspect I really like about this mattress over the Temperpedic is that you don't sink down in the latex after sleeping severally hours like you do on the Temperpedic. My wife also loves this mattress, she says it feels "cloud like". 5 out of 5!!

We received our mattress shortly before the holiday. I have been sleeping great. My spouse has been ill and has not been sleeping in the bed due to coughing fits. He is on the mend so We will find out in the next couple of weeks.
