This is my 2nd purchase with SleepEZ. Both experiences have been easy, straightforward, accurate, & helpful. The mattresses themselves are a life saver-- I have chronic pain & hyper-mobility and without the right mattress, I can end up in tremendous pain all day at best or unable to walk/move at worst. I purchased a king for myself about a year ago and bought a queen recently for my guest room. I've even had friends ask where I got my mattress; they end up buying from SleepEz as well.

Shipping is fast and great company to do business with.

Arrived fast and as always customer service was wonderful!

Would like to see easier ways to find items on your site or when you pull up mattresses, there should be an easy way to see “protectors”. Thanks so much. Customer service has been great to answer questions and help.

Helpful, accurate, reasonable pricing.

We needed to downsize since we are moving to Independent Living including changing the king size bed to a queen size. We found a local shop to cut 3 latex strips to 22 inches down from 38. (we had 6) I ordered the queen size cover and made the change yesterday. It all worked perfect. Thank you Sleep EZ. I love your products.

I ordered two twin XLs to make a king. Three mattresses/layers in each. I sent back two soft layers for two additional extra firms. SleepEZ's staff was very friendly and informative. We're currently doing extra firm (bottom, extra firm (middle), and firm (top) and loving it. I have a bad back, and I'm happy to have replaced my Tempur-Pedic with this. I'm a back and side sleeper, and it's been very comfortable. I found a local place selling the same thing for more than twice the cost. Very happy with SleepEZ!

Great pillows!

The best products

I can’t say enough good things about this company as well as their product! They have the most phenomenal Customer Service, a family owned company here in the USA for 3 generations, and when you call them on the phone a real human being actually picks up the phone and can answer all of your questions, WOW! This bed is 100% latex while other companies sometimes use a blend of latex with something else. There is no smell when you take the bed out of the box. I had originally purchased a 9 inch bed with just 2 inches of Talalay for the topper, but after sleeping on memory foam for the last 20 years I decided to exchange the 2 inch Talalay topper for the 3 inch Talalay and now it’s perfect! It’s also nice that I didn’t have to send the entire bed back, in fact they gave me the 3 inch topper before I had to send the 2 inch topper back. Afterwards when I decided I wanted to add an extra inch to my original wool cover to accommodate the larger topper, for a very reasonable fee they had me send my cover back to them where they added the extra material so that I didn’t have to buy a brand new cover. Great company, great people, great bed! I highly recommend!!!

Rapid response and good value pricing.

I prefer the firm side. However, I do love having 1 mattress with both a firm and medium option

Absolutely the best company to deal with and the Talay Latex Topper has done the job. No more shoulder and hip pain, and most of all, painless sleep Ahhh!

I needed a custom size mattress for my bed and did an extensive research on the internet looking for an organic latex mattress. Sleep EZ was my choice and I am very happy with it. Their customer service was very helpful in determining what I needed. The mattress arrived as expected and was easy to assemble. We love it!
