First time attempting to use a mattress topper. I’m definitely waking up in the morning without some of the numbness in my shoulders as a side sleeper. The customer service was impeccable. The two representatives were very courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt when I called a few times to try and make sure I could nail down the correct type and firmness level for my choice topper. In fact, I really appreciate that the hold times are minimal, and if the wait is expected to be prolonged, the business asks you to leave your name and number and will call back as soon as possible- which exactly was the outcome when I called one of the times. I wish more businesses would follow this cue, particularly the IRS, lol. Thank you and I will be utilizing Sleepez whenever I could utilize their products in the future!

Much more comfortable than our Tempurpedic and I haven’t sweat a single night since sleeping on our new Sleep EZ Latex- as opposed to waking soaked in sweat 9/10 nights on the memory foam!! It is a tad firmer than I had hoped. We got Soft/Med/Firm 10”. And the soft sides don’t keep you in, lol, but overall a super quick adjustment for both of us and sleeping better! We LOVE the adjustable bases! Feeling spoiled🤗

5 star customer service form sleepez and quick layer change sent for wife’s side as it was too soft. Now we both have our ideal comfort and I much prefer latex over our old memory foam mattress. Hopefully the durability/longevity people rave about becomes a reality. I’m a stomach sleeper wife’s a side sleeper and we both wake up rested without pain.
