Everithing was perfect, the product, the shipping, the materials and craftmanship, the fit of the encasement, the looks of it, the quality of materials and the feeling of the mattress encasement top when I sleep on it. So far I have only ordered the latex sample pack. It arrived in just a few days and included everything I would need to see and feel the difference in latex types and firmnesses. I appreciate the company offering this. Their website offers a lot of information about their mattresses. Seems like company that has great customer service.

Product came promptly. They answered my emails promptly. I would recommend looking at the instructions how to unpack and the set up BEFORE you purchase. It took us a bit of time to get it on the bed since we ordered the 3piece 3inch sections for our king sized bed. It feels like our first latex mattress from over 30+ years ago which we loved. Once we took the folded mattresses out of the box, it was difficult to get it on top of the bottom layer on the bed and get it straight as was the 3rd layer. We did get it zipped up in the cover thankfully:O). It feels good. If we had gotten the twin layers for our king bed, we probably could have manipulated them better and they do butt up to the other without moving once in place.

I've been sleeping on my new mattress for a few nights now and every day I feel good all day. My workouts have gone better. I'm not getting drowsy when I read. Thank you. Shifting was quicker than expected and set up was effortless.

The layers of latex were cut slightly large length wise, making the zipping up of the cover a little difficult and causing the mattress to be a little too firm for me even though I ordered a firm base, medium middle and soft top, which should have been comfortable. I called for advice on how to get the mattress to be more comfortable. (I am a side sleeper who suffers from hip and shoulder pain on firmer matresses). It was recommended that I unzip the cover and sleep on the relaxed latex. The representative said that would mimic what switching out to a soft talalay top layer would be like. It was more comfortable so I called back and ordered the more expensive talalay, paying the difference in price. Once I received it, switched it out and zipped the mattress case back up, I couldn't tell much of a difference at all from the original soft dunlop latex. As disappointing as this was, after a couple weeks, I decided to order a 3" dunlop latex topper. I am happy to report that I now have the perfect mattress set up to get a great comfortable night's sleep.
