Great Product, quality packaging, quick shipping (but was pre-order so I expected that delay which was clearly communicated).

Arrived a bit earlier than I was originally told, which made me happy. The Brewer was packaged well and it works as it is suppose to.

It took months for the brewer to ship, but it was well worth the wait

When I ordered my brewer, it was backordered so I had to wait a month but it was worth it!

It took about 6 weeks to get my brewer. I guess I was prepared to wait a long time, so it really didn’t bother me. I think I”m going to go ahead and buy a back-up carafe just in case as I can envision myself breaking the glass one…. but I love the glass one. It’s pretty!

I am thoroughly enjoying my morning coffee. The brewer is easy to use, quick, and the hot plate temperature is perfect. The best part of any review is if the author is recommending the product to friends; I am.
