Great design!

Although I am satisfied with my purchase, the process of selecting this coffee maker was a bit confusing as I first saw numerous adds for the plastic free coffee maker - and then adds with eye catching pricing. Little did I know at that time, the better price model had some plastic components included once it arrived. I was confused at first, but after a more careful review of the Instagram posts revealed the two models with a significant pricing difference, I realized where I was crossed up, to the point of feeling misled. I don't want to assume the pricing difference is only for a couple of components being made from a polymer of some sort. I have to think the internal mechanism has to be an upgrade as well with the "non plastic" option. Although I am somewhat disappointed, I cannot complain about the operation of the model I received - it delivers an exceptional cup of coffee - even without a change in coffee product.

I have never had to confirm my address for a deliver and when I received the verification code it didn’t work. Tried it three times and then someone emailed me for my address for verification.

Why did it take so long for delivery?

Took some time getting it . . . but worth the wait. I looked all over for a coffee machine that fluids did not come in contact with plastic . . stop delaying spend the money and get plastic free coffee

Took months to receive the coffee pot and didn’t receive communication on when it would be delivered. However, the coffee pot was packed well.

Quality product. Need to use medium to coarse grind.
