It did take a long time to get this pot so that was a drawback. It seemed as though I could have had one in just a few days if I had ordered from Amazon. I didn’t realize that until it was too late.

My experience was great with Simply Good Coffee. Quality is amazing with this coffee brewer. It looks good and performs flawlessly.

It took forever to get the coffee maker. When I called after 2 months, with my order #, customer service said my order did not exist. I had to show them the credit card charge.

The coffee maker is well made and was packed well so there was no damage in shipping. We like that unbleached paper cones were provided. We waited almost two months for the maker but we are happy with the coffee it produces.

Well, it was packaged by a freaking genius. I seriously wanted to display the packaging after unpacking. My carafe did not break, roll out, or anything. Every piece was gently placed.
