Took a long time to get here, but I understand the demand for a plastic free brewer has been large. I am sure the other coffee makers are scrambling to make their own plastic free version to compete, but until then you have the market cornered.

While we are very happy to have received our coffeemaker sooner than the promised date, we are disappointed that the coffee filters are currently out of stock with no restocking date available. If you are going to make a topnotch coffeemaker, then find a way to keep your accessories well stocked. We saw that these filters have been out of stock since we ordered our machine two months ago. Why is that?

Most of the unit is sealed and unable to be disassembled for cleaning. the videos and adds show all the internal parts as if it is serviceable. I would expect that a unit priced as high as this is would be repairable.

I think I'm gonna buy another one for a friend of mine!
