Received maker in a timely fashion

My brewer arrived quickly, but without the coffee scoop. I emailed and a scoop was sent promptly to me. Great experience all around.

Love it. It doesn’t take up much space and the coffee is wonderful.

The plastic free coffee machine is simple and amazing. I called the customer service number to replace my broken carafe and was met with different bots. I emailed the company to get progress on my replacement. They responded with a fast and friendly solution.

We are trying to reduce our microplastic intake and this coffee pot is perfect for that! The coffee tastes great and never touches plastic during the brewing process. We had one small blip with our order and customer service was super responsive and we were 110% satisfied with the outcome! It's an investment, but we drink coffee daily and will have this brewer for years & years!

I bought this because I do believe we have way to many plastics in our products, food systems, etc. I loved the original (plastic) version and I think it made great coffee - I especially liked the simplicity, e. g. , the bloom feature, the (correct) speed/flow of making coffee, the water temperature, ease of use, not too many unnecessary bells and whistles. The new non-plastic version delivered all these in the same fashion - delivery time and temperature so I was happy with that. The spray pattern is a bit better as seen by the wetting of the coffee and the consistency of the bloom. All that is great but what I did not expect is a distinct difference in flavor! It was brighter, "cleaner", and just more enjoyable. My initial impression was I was just excited to have a new coffee maker so to better understand, I made a pot on my other Simplygoodcoffee maker to do a side-by-side comparison and without a doubt, it is better! Yes, it is more money but compare this price over a year of coffee making and especially compared to buying coffee at a coffee shop and the cost is not that much, really. Important to note, I have been involved with foods and especially beverages professionally for ~40 years and this coffee make is clearly better. I highly recommend this coffee make! I am vet happy with this purchase. Great communication during the purchase, too.

I used Cuisinart Grind n Brew but didn’t like the uneven grinds and all the plastic. I bought a good grinder. I got The Brewer. Coffee is like no other. Every cup. Every time.
