So far so good, things can be improved on like it could be hotter and a less complicated filter holder. Otherwise a nice coffee pot.

Shipped quickly and in the described time window.

Quick delivery, easy to assemble and use. Best of all the coffee is delicious l!!

Great pot!

Worth every dollar!

perfect temperature and eight minutes is not long to wait for a great cup of coffee

All expectations were met!

Ordering was easy and it didn't take long before I had it. Thanks!

I've contacted customer service a few times because this is a lot of money to sink in to buy a coffee brewer. I've always received quick responses and received the information I was asking about.

The SimplyGoddCoffee brewer is fantastic,! It brews a flavorful and rich cup of coffee every time! It's all the better knowing it's plastic free. Thank you!

Excellent. Only drawback was the long wait

Service was quick as promised,

Delivered as expected and great customer response time for inquiries. If I had one complaint it’s the communication as far as the warranty. Materials state a 5 year warranty but upon receipt the 5 year warranty is only if you sign up to the coffee club with a monthly subscription cost. Otherwise it’s a 2 year warranty. A little misleading in my opinion. As far as the unit I love it so far!

Wonderful and helpful from beginning to end.

Great company; great product

Waited a long time but I enjoy it. Hubby is frustrated with it.

We've had no need for service but the book that came with it was very helpful. It shipped promptly.

The product arrived in time and in perfect condition

Well done!

Arrived quickly and packaged well
