Wish I hadn't had to wait so long for my coffee maker to arrive but it was genuinely worth the wait.

I used Cuisinart Grind n Brew but didn’t like the uneven grinds and all the plastic. I bought a good grinder. I got The Brewer. Coffee is like no other. Every cup. Every time.

Disappointed that you can’t offer supporting supplies like filters and descaling products currently, or through wait list, or pre-ordering.

It did take a long time to get this pot so that was a drawback. It seemed as though I could have had one in just a few days if I had ordered from Amazon. I didn’t realize that until it was too late.

My experience was great with Simply Good Coffee. Quality is amazing with this coffee brewer. It looks good and performs flawlessly.

It took forever to get the coffee maker. When I called after 2 months, with my order #, customer service said my order did not exist. I had to show them the credit card charge.
