I waited several months for this coffee maker to show up. Actually thought I got scammed. E-mail responses were comforting.

Great coffee, but the basket is plastic which is unlike the metal one in the advertisement.

Shipping was great. Purchasing online was great. I do wish it was exactly outlined what is plastic and what is metal or glass.

Great coffee the thermos holds temperature much longer than expected and the flavor is terrific from the first cup to the last.

This would be 5 star if the pot was close to on time but it seems like there are some supply chain things to figure out but now that i have it I am pleased and still contimpating if i sign up for the monthly fee and extended warranty.

Long wait time and expensive but be patience, it’s worth your health if you’re trying to cut back on plastic!
