Had to wait a bit but it the month of delivery was known upon purchase. It was delivered when it was supposed to come. It was packaged well. No issues.

The brewer was worth the wait!

Unit was clearly identified as back ordered and shipping in April. Shipped in early April without issue.

Because I made the purchase in early Feb for something that wasn't going to be delivered until April, it would have been nice to have a little more communication before it was ready to ship. (It would help eliminate the need to cross fingers that you weren't scammed). And if I'm remembering right, the package tracking required another app or something, so it wasn't easy on that front either. However, the product is very elegant and it makes great coffee.

Shipping came fairly quickly. Packaged well so not yo break in shipping. Easy out of package to set up and registration was simple.

I ordered this coffee maker when you said it would be delivered a couple months later. I went ahead and ordered it and it arrived pretty much exactly when you said it would arrive. Very well packaged, etc. Thank you.
