It took about 6 weeks to get my brewer. I guess I was prepared to wait a long time, so it really didn’t bother me. I think I”m going to go ahead and buy a back-up carafe just in case as I can envision myself breaking the glass one…. but I love the glass one. It’s pretty!

Great company, will definitely use again in the future

I am thoroughly enjoying my morning coffee. The brewer is easy to use, quick, and the hot plate temperature is perfect. The best part of any review is if the author is recommending the product to friends; I am.

The only complaint is the time it takes to get the coffeemaker. The information about the best coffeemaker cleaner, etc. and instructions was excellent and communication was very good--straightforward and honest. They kept their word.
