long time getting here but worth the wait

I have the newest version and it came in less than a month. Very well packaged & protected.

Coffee maker was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy this company offers the plastic free option for those of us trying to avoid it. Now, make some beautiful glass coffee mugs to go with it!

It came nicely packaged and with good directions. Had a couple times the filter has been stuck in the hole blocking the drip but otherwise perfect. Love love that it is plastic free

Coffee maker is nice but I thought they were all made of glass, so I was disappointed to find out they're not i bought the one we have because of the thermal pot.

I’m so happy to have a zero plastic coffee machine but I do feel that it should have a start time option. Especially considering the price

The packaging was very good to keep the glass parts from breaking. I wish I had had a few more emails between the time I pre-ordered and between the time they verified my address before shipping.
